I have used this UPS location on several occasions over the past 6 months and I feel compelled today to comment on the customer service that I experience on every visit. The sales personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always helpful. Outstanding effort from all the staff that needs to be acknowledged!

Just another sign of the times where it's not easy to find good people to work for your retail shop. Official opening time is 8:30am and as of 9:20am, no one has showed up to open the door while plenty of customers came and went disappointed.

Goto fedex for prints and computer use they have cheap and good options, ups store are a rip off...computers are slow and takes ages to load pages i think purposly to make you spend time in renting the computer longer than required....and their rental pricing is ridiculous even if you want print one page it cost 6$ in all.

Wish I could have given 0 star. I had a very bad experience with this location yesterday. I was trying to do a fingerprint for my new position. When I go in to the location, the staff says you need to do everything yourself and I am not supposed to help you. I watch the video and I don’t know why the machine is not working, so I ask the staff again to check this up but they refused to help and just keep saying they are not allowed to help. I have no idea how these people are trained because it is totally different when I am another location today.

I have been going to this location on Fremont Blvd for quite a few years.I have always received prompt and friendly service. Thank you to Alex, who helped me today. Also to all the rest of the employees! Ive been there during rushed hours, non holidays and holidays, and have watched the employees work with each customer as though they were the only person in the room. Each employee explains things to me, is helpful when I have questions.

Beware of taking prints. They don’t inform before hand that they will charge $5.95 as computer use and .95 for print.

I'm really happy that I opened my business mailbox here.They are by far the best UPS store i've been in.I go visit the mailbox regularly for the purpose of my business and I see the employees all the time.They are really friendly and greet you with enthusiasm.I'll forever support this store!You guys are amazing and awesome!! Very unpleasant experience using UPS. I mailed my package with Second Day Air option so that my package could arrive early. However, my package was left there for three days not mailed out until I came to the store to confirm the status of my package. I paid more money for faster delivery but now still takes extra time for shipping out my package.

I came to this location on a Friday night at 5:15 for 1 Amazon return with a code. There was 1 female working and she was helping a customer that had 30+ Amazon returns. A huge cart full. The customer was unorganized didn't have all her codes ready, didn't package boxes that were supposed to be boxed. Was giving wrong items. I'm just standing there in line. The customer said you can help her in between since I'm not prepared. I appreciated that. But the worker said no I'm going to have all your returns on 1 receipt. They won't even fit on one receipt! Didn't bother to acknowledge and say she would be with me shortly! I left after 20 minutes, and there was still another 20ish returns. I'm sure she could've went to another register to scan my code. And didn't acknowledge when I left the store. Time is precious, so don't bother wasting your time.
