Came in with everything ready to mail an international legal document. Staff pushed expensive options ($45–$96) despite First-Class Mail being available for under $15. Also had to buy a new envelope after being told any would work. Felt more like upselling than helping.
Clearer communication and respect for informed customers would go a long way.

This place is always quick and efficient. They know what they're talking about and they are polite and informative. The line went from 6 people in front of me to me in a matter of about 3 minutes. And that's with questions being asked and answered. I love this post office and the people who work here.

I’ve been visiting this place for the past two years, and it’s always been a great experience—no complaints at all. The staff is fantastic, and the service is consistently excellent.
Just a quick note: If you’re checking their hours on Google, they can sometimes be a bit confusing. So, here are the updated holiday hours for this location to make it easier for everyone.

I used to believe in keeping USPS but now I might actually be for defunding the USPS. They provide subpar service and are extremely negligent with our mail. The carriers used to take pride in their work, now they just rush through deliveries resulting in our parcels being lost, placed in the wrong mailboxes with no ability to trace packages after the fact, or possibly even stolen by carriers (this is not out of the realm of possibility). We have had multiple cases opened with this branch they simply just restate what already know: the carrier can't find the package and no one has turned it in and then they close the case. They do not offer any real solutions. I will be escalate the matter to the California 2 District Consumer Affairs Team at (916) 373-8630.

I came here to ship cellphone to Macau Hong kong for return item in ebay. One Indian lady refuse to ship it although in Usps website says that cellphone can be shipped through Usps ground. She is very rude and under knowledgable to refuse to ship all cellphone internationally. I dont know how Usps hire some staff who lack knowlede to work here. I must go to fedex to ship cellphone back to Macau and Fedex staff tell me that Usps can ship cellphone internationally but they dont want to do it. We live in America, i feel that i am living in North Korean. Only ship a cellphone internationally but they are rude to refuse it. A Democratic society, there are some government workers is biased and bossy which is the same communist society. They treat their customers as slavers to "please can you ship internationally" and answered "No".

Brought in my passport renewal forms and they helped me get the right envelope, staple my photos correctly, get a money order, double check the forms and shipping labels, and gave a tracking receipt. Incredibly helpful, I believe the clerks name was Catherine

Good post office location and clean environment. 3 registers opened to take care of the customers. The staff was polite and knowledgeable but always no smile on her face.

Terrible service. I came here to pick up two packages and a man helped me. He had terrible attitude. He found my packages, then refused to give me it. He said tracking number doesn’t match. I was surprised and asked him to check again. He gave me one of the packages that matched that tracking number. I showed him the email for the other package and he told me again the tracking number doesn’t match. I asked if the name matches and he said he couldn’t tell me.During the whole process his attitude was terrible. It’s like he hates this job so much and it makes his life miserable.

Unfortunately after years of USPS delivering services I was told today that my request to have 200 priority mail sleeves was not going to be accommodated due to the holiday season. I'm pretty sure that most items are sent in boxes or decorative sleeves but no problem there. Just replace USPS services with another willing supplier especially since all I needed was envelope sleeves.Approximately $10 an envelope to ship and approximately 200 needing to be shipped that's about a 2k loss for USPS.

How people make comments say the staff is nice here. Totally wrong! The staff is totally arrogant. The indian woman staff, she is sooo unfreindly and impatient to every one before me. I even don't want to wait for my serivce. How this terrible service still have five stars?
