Too expemsive and bad customer service. Cashier do not.help and charge for tapr as boxes for $19.30 does not have tape anymore. I had to pay extra 4.50 for their brand tape. I could not believe she is not suthorized to close the box with their tape. I will look for another option.

Great service, convenient location I'm glad was not closed, though one time a package was not picked up from here (to be shipped) on the same day even though I dropped it off before the cutoff time. That was years ago and it's only happened once out of multiple times, so I think it's alright.

Stopped by to mail off a box around 2:45PM on 12-11-23. Was completing international forms when the post office worker asked me “is that international?”. She then rudely announces that she’s not handling international packages. In shock and disbelief, I asked why and she said she was too busy! There was a line, but why should I be inconvenienced more than the next person?! She said I would need to go to a different post office or try coming back tomorrow. I really couldn’t believe it! How do you get to decide what kind of packages you are willing to process when you’re clearly a location that is supposed to be able to domestic and international?! Even the people in line were apologizing to me; not that it was their fault the worker was refusing to assist me because I had an international pkg.I did go to another post office and I shared my experience at the Niles PO and they were equally in shock. In fact the person helping me said, “is she allowed to do that?”.Very displeased with how rude and dismissive the post office worker was at the Niles location! I’m a long time Niles resident and I will be sure to share this experience with others.

Rachel is one of the best USPS workers I have encountered. She is excellent at what she does and is an asset to the USPS. If you live in Fremont I definitely recommend using this post office just for Rachel

Rachel is great! Friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The hours are different than what’s posted on Google maps & USPS! Open at 9:00 am, closed from 1-2 pm for lunch, and they close promptly at 5:00 pm. Not open on Saturdays or Sundays. There’s only one clerk and due to funding, her hours are limited.

Change your hours they close at 5:00 me sitting in traffic to run over at 5:20 is a waste of time

The lady at the front desk is sooo nice, friendly and helpful. This is the best post office experience I’ve ever had.

This has to be my best usps experience. I had to drop off a package and the lady at the desk completed my transaction in under 30 seconds. In and out of the office in less than a minute. No crowd, no lines and smart efficient staff! 10/10 recommend.
