One of the few Touchfree options around! The stall is friendly (attended at machine). The machine on the waiting line doesn't accept credit cards, so you must prepay at gas pump or inside the store via card before getting into the line, to get a receipt with a wash code. The waiting time in line was 45 mins on a weekend afternoon (3pm).(-1 star) Unfortunately, the wash does not clean the lower half of the sides of the car well. It was still dusty.(-1 star) The automatic dryer is timed at 50 sec, which is much lower than the 80 secs we typically get at other car washes. It's an overhead dryer only, so no drying the sides of the car. In addition, the dryer is on a car sensor. If you pull too far forward to dry the rear of the car, the dryer shuts off. When I pulled forward to dry the rear hatch of the car, the dryer shut off with 20 secs remaining. So I really only got 30 secs of drying time.

Do not go there, it's a real pain in the butt. Instructions are not proper at all. And the dryer is not good. Wash is medium but the experience is bad, with the longest line ever.

Only cash option! A bit of confusion inside the wash area when it comes to dry place.

Valero at The Hub shopping center at Mowry and Fremont Blvd is the worst! Car wash never works properly and doesn't clean well. One guy that works there is very rude. Gives off the "I'm a male and you're just a dumb female" vibe.

Paid for the best car wash option, but it didn't even finish before turning on the fan blower. The wash must be broken, my car was still dirty on top and the whole back.

Very bad customer service went for car wash and gas! And asked for the car wash code number, person sitting in the front desk was so rude and showed bad attitude that i have to look everywhere in the bills and search by myself.. i am like its my first time so i was making the conformation and he said do everything by yourself , don’t ask him anything. If its like that what’s his job???? 0 star for his rude behavior and it was not only for me the person in-front of me was also behaved same.

Very rude cashier. I bought some fried chicken and I go to the closest cashier to me and the cashier can't be bothered to move several feet to the other register. He proceeds to mock me for not moving to his register. Unbelievable unprofessional.

The way up app purchase wasn't working. I had to buy again after going there. I had call the app company to cancel. Also vacuum takes only quarters and only allows for 4 mins

Great price for diesel. Was around the corner at Ritas Deli and saw the great price and had to fill up.Diesel prices are the most difficult to find a decent price on these days. I'm not sure why - its almost like an attack to our big rig drivers who deliver our food and products to stores....Was a dollar less here than at the more expensive spots. Used credit - and the machine at the pump and receipt worked fine. Highly visible spot on the corner - very convenient. Didn't go inside the store or try car wash. Review for fuel and fuel price only.

Strongly recommended. We've been using their car wash for three years. The owner is a great guy. When my wife used the car wash the wiper blade snagged on the dryer flap and broke. They have clearly posted signs disclaiming responsibility for any damage to antennas, mirrors or wipers. However, when I spoke to the owner and asked if I could pick a replacement wiper from their stock, he made an exception and thanked me for supporting his business. At this point, I read his flexibility only as a sign of his good business acumen. However, as I was installing my new wiper, I looked up to see the station's owner handing a bag of their fried chicken to a local homeless man, free of charge. This man doesn't just run a good business, he's a good guy, and he deserves your custom.
