Had to run car thru car wash twice to get just a little bird poo off the car. I will still have to go home and clean by hand. Then I had to wait 5 minutes to talk to station Attendant because she was doing trash. Her help just left. He should have done it befor he left if she's by herself. I just spoke to attendant. She gave me owners phone. Called didn't answer, and they need to set up their VM if they are going to run a business. Not a good place to patronize. I bought a monthly car was subscription. But I will be canceling it. I wo say the car was attendant was extremely helpful and polight. I tried to tip him and he refused. Saying he can't. The only good thing I experienced here.

Their car washes always have an some or the other issue and are a pain to deal with. The payments are always through some random unreliable apps. Which allow you to order the car wash even if the car wash itself is closed out. So, you pay for something that cannot even be used, and have to keep revisiting in the hope it will work, because you have already made a payment.
The most recent incident is that the old app still allows you ro order car washes , but, the gas station apparently has cut ties with them and do not honor the code purchased from this app. Even though it used to work before and still shows their address as available. So, now I am down $14, that the gas station refuses to honor. The person manning the station is rude and refuses to take any responsibility for their own vendors that they worked with. This is for the car wash. They had a deal going on, so I went.
Very inconvenient set-up! There's no way to pay with a credit card at the entrance of the car wash, the way you can do at most car wash stations. There's nothing warning you ahead of time that that is the case. You have to download an app, which doesn't work.
I had some cars behind me in the line, so I had no choice but to get out of the car, go inside to figure out how to make the payment. They told me to use the app. I still have enter the card manually in the app to pay!
All these shenanigans for 10 minutes to pay for car wash!!! What should have taken 10 seconds.
Such a sheer waste of time!

I subscribed the "Way" APP for monthly subscription and I usually come here fill the gas and wash the car.
Today when I drove in, I scan the QR code and the washer machine doesn't act anything. so I went to check with the clerk in the gas station. A one lady was friendly but she cannot help on this. so she asked another guy to check and this guy is just ruled, just murmuring and went check the washer machine but the washer is working but only work for the guest who purchase in-store not the "Way app subscription" at the time. He didn't event talk to me, just went back to the shop and told the lady the washer is good. He did not event tell me "maybe the app has issue or something else, I feel I got no respect".
"His gas station have partnership with Way but he doesn't care and maybe not earing money from the "Way" so he was pissed."
anyway, they are ending partnership with "Way" this week.
I will never come back this station.

There is no bathroom for paying customers. One of the things that you should expect to find is a restroom at a gas station for paying customers. When I asked the clerk where the restroom is, he seemed annoyed by the question. His simple reply was just "no". That's okay. The gas station down the street has one. Of course this review wont matter cause who really read gas station reviews anyway.

It’s a pretty nice convenient store with multiple gas pumps. The station is always clean and well maintained.

This place is the worst! It partners up with Way mobile app, but when redeeming the code, it always gave issues that carwash was redeemed, QR code did not work. I called customer service they told me to get new code from store clerk but clerk told me they couldn't issue new code, only the Way app rep can. It's all scam!

My family waited over 20 minuets for the automatic car wash excited as my son loves car washes and we had decided to try this one, one we had never used before. Once we actually pulled up to the pay area at the enterance there was a “pay inside” taped sloppily handwritten note. This note could not be seen while waiting in line. Had the owner cared enough, they simply could have posted a sign at the point of entry for the line to prevent unnecessary waiting. Just lazy inconsiderate business practices and we won’t bring our business back to this location again.

The car wash is a joke. It left soap and dirt on the outside of my car. When I went inside to complain, I was told I should have purchased a more expensive wash. What a rip-off! Look for it to fail in the future and be reborn under a different name. I'm avoiding this place. Yuck.
