Nice store, There was only one salesman there, I went in for info on my phone and he told me to call customer service, I thought they might have a tech, but I was wrong. I think they should. same for auto parts.

Very long wait time. Only one person is working. Even after waiting for 40 minutes the person told it may take another 30 minutes or more. I had to leave.

I'd like to give a negative 5 star review if I could. Among the only available 2 customer service ppl here, this guy Martin was extremely rude with most of the customers that came in and also had no decent way of talking to anyone. While i waited for more than an hr to get my turn, the minute i had to check something i loose my turn and again have to wait another hr for my turn. While he attends to another 2 customers before he bothers to check with me even while im sittting right infront of him. And when asked why hez doing that, he rudely responds with all the glare he could and 'sir you're arguments are only gonna delay your service even further'.

Customer service by rep AJ in helping me set up and get a new pixel phone was great! He was very knowledgeable and nice.

This is not an actual Verizon store run by Verizon, it is a third party “authorized” Verizon store. That said, the rep lied, and lied, and lied, all with a fake caring smile. Once I received my first bill and brought up my concerns with Verizon, they threw the blame on the liar rep in the store, and that they’re an “authorized retailer”, not a Verizon store. When I called this place to complain about the rep, they lied again saying they never said what they said.
Anyways, in this day and age, there’s really no need to walk in a store again and have these reps lie to you, go online and read off the Verizon website, and read and reread all the fine print, screenshot any chats you have, and hopefully these companies will honor their claims or be held to account.

I arrived at a great time of day ~ 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. The salesman, Dylan, was very helpful. He listened. He got me what I needed. And he was very efficient with our time. I walked out with 2 upgraded cell phones in just about an hour. Perfect.
