Five stars for Bobi!! Bobi was extremely helpful, courteous, and saved the day. We were having issues with new account set up after the fact and were hitting snags every time we tried to correct the set up. Anyway, Bobi was super helpful and exceeded my expectations and we walked away extremely please. Bobi is the shiznat! :)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. You guys have sales associates checking out Porsche 911s instead of giving customers the service they need. I came in trying to upgrade, instead I paid of balance and moved on to a different provider.
Owner:- before you start deflecting on others, maybe fix your customer service and start actually being at your location. I waited over 30 min with my pregnant wife, so your sales associate can check out another customers porche 911 turbo S.

I had visited a previous Verizon store to fix a problem with one of my phone contacts who was trying to call and text but would not recieve call or text. That first Vzn store was not willing to help. I drove to the Verizon store at Pacific Commons Fremont and one of the store techs named Chance identified the problem (I had accidentally blocked caller) and he clicked on a few selections in settings and unblocked within about 45 seconds. Chance was most understanding , professional and pleasant. I wish all customer service was as 5 STAR as this guy. Very satisfied and this store is very lucky to have him working there. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I had an amazing experience at Verizon, all thanks to Andres! As soon as I walked into the store, he approached me and asked if I needed help. His professionalism and friendly attitude made me feel welcome right away. Andres was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease, helping me find the perfect solution for my needs. His customer service was top-notch, and I truly appreciated how he took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend Andres if you need assistance at Verizon – he’s fantastic!

Every time you go in this location it seems like nobody wants to work or help you out everybody’s standing around. There’s five employees chit chatting yet no customer and they still show no effort to help the customer that is there. This is the second time I’ve gone to this location they’ve said no both times and yet i went another location, they were able to help me right away. I would say avoid this location at any cost, which is very sad and For people who live closer to this location.

My first experience with Verizon has been absolutely fantastic. Opting for their Home Internet service with a 30-day trial was a great decision as it perfectly fulfilled all my expectations and needs. Gabe was exceptionally helpful, patient, and provided excellent support throughout. I'm now looking forward to returning to Verizon to switch my mobile carrier, anticipating a bundle discount that will further enhance my experience with their services.

Brought our parents in to get new phones and reduce their bills. The Verizon representative working with us, Chance, was rude and said he couldn't help reduce costs. This is after visiting the Verizon store in San Leandro where their representative had a plan that was lower, but unfortunately they had no phones available and sent us to the store in Fremont. We ended up going to AT&T where they reduced their monthly bill by $50.00 and got them set up with new iPhone 14s. Glad we switched carriers.

My beverage shop subscribed to Verizon's network service before opening, with the promise of signal coverage and speeds up to 100mb. However, within the first month, I experienced constant delays in speed, leading to a complete network breakdown one day. Verizon's customer service has been the worst I've encountered in the U.S. – no onsite support, just repetitive advice to unplug and restart the equipment. Despite numerous calls promising a replacement within two days, I received nothing after a week. Subsequent calls provided useless tracking numbers, leaving my issue unresolved. I had to temporarily close my business to switch to a new network provider. A truly terrible experience – I strongly advise anyone considering Verizon to beware, as it feels like consumer fraud!

Verizon Customer service asked me to go to corporate store for technical issue on the Verizon phone, so I drove 15 miles to this location. On arrival I have been asked to wait 40mins-1hr. After ~45min wait the associate told me he couldn't help with the issue. He denied to sync with their own(Verizon) tech team to help the customer. Infact he wasn't wanting to help at all even knowing that I waited almost 30-45mins in-store to get help:((( Terrible customer service and pathetic professionalism ???

I recently went to Verizon to switch providers and get a new phone. I was helped by Julian and he was very enthusiastic and educated me on my options! Excellent customer service and knowledgeable of promotions. I’m very happy with my purchase and I will be returning to him whenever I need help in the future!

We can in to purchase a iPhone 15 Max Pro and they didn't have the one we wanted. Chance helped us through the whole process to have the phone and iPhone watch. Chance is very knowledgeable, friendly, kind and patient. This one of the best experiences we had at a Verizon store. Thank you Richard

We made an appointment with Verizon Christy Fremont after discovering that my elderly mother has been paying $$$ for her AT&T services. We were helped by Paul, who is the best Verizon rep we’ve had a pleasure of working with. He switched my Mom’s cellphone and internet services to Verizon, saving us over $100/month. He is kind, knowledgeable, and made us laugh a few times, making the process actually enjoyable. Paul is a excellent human being and a great asset to Verizon. He deserves raise and a bonus!!!
