“If your pet has an eye emergency, please save yourself time and money and bring your dog here rather than going to other vets. It's expensive but your pet will get the best treatment. I had to bring in my English bulldog for a corneal ulcer which later ended up rupturing. It was the worst time for a pet owner seeing my dog suffer, but Dr. Chen saved his eye with surgery, and his staff really took care of him. Dr. Chen was quick to get back to me with questions through email or by phone, and really cared for my dog. If I know something is up with my dogs eyes, I will bring him here instead of going somewhere else.”

“This review is specifically for Dr. Gill. The reason that the review doesn't include the office and its staff is because I haven't physically been to the office since the mid-90s when my childhood hamster, Friskie passed (rest in peace buddy). My elderly cat, Hannah, was a patient of Aborn for the last couple of years after switching from a different veterinarian's office. With that being said, sometime around July or August, she was slowly eating less and less. My father brought her in for an examination as well as some tests. It was determined that her bilirubin count was elevated and she would be treated for something involving her bile duct, I believe. After roughly a week or so of treatment at home, she wasn't getting better. On September 11th, my family and I took her to an emergency veterinary facility and it was determined that she was very, very sick. The veterinarian didn't believe the medicinal treatments were working and she had become jaundice amongst other things. My family and I then made one of the hardest decisions of our lives and my beautiful best-friend Hannah passed. Amongst all of the sadness, grief, mourning and a multitude of other emotions, came a plethora of questions. It was then that I tried almost every avenue to reach the emergency veterinarian that was there the night Hannah passed. It has now been 107 days and that poor excuse of a human still hasn't had the decency to get back to my family and I. To backtrack a bit, after not being able to get a hold of her after what I believe was a week or so, I reached out to Aborn to speak to Dr. Gill as I felt that he could help answer some of my questions...especially since Hannah was a patient of his. Within a day or two of contacting Aborn, Dr. Gill called me in the afternoon on his drive home from work. After explaining to him who I am as well as what happened since he saw Hannah last, I asked him a ton of questions. He did his best, if not completely answered all of the questions. He did so gently and professionally. In addition, he was also personable; even talking about experiences with his own personal pets. If I remember correctly, he and I were on the phone for over half an hour. Although none of this could bring back my best friend, I immensely appreciate the time that he took to help answer questions, with also helps the grieving process. Dr Gill, thank you for being a professional as well as a good human being. These four stars are for you. Rest in eternal peace Hannah.”

“Dr. Bruno is absolutely awesome! She took very special care of our dog, Fred, who lived to be 17 and half years until we had to put him down due to his old age and other health issues. She was always informative about different ways of treatment and also was compassionate and spent a lot of time to get to know as as his owner. She is one of the best vets we have ever worked with!”

“This is a great facility with a really good staff. Great attention to detail here. Prices are not cheap but no place these days that provides pet care is. They have a wonderful grooming section as well.”

“This was our first experience visiting a vet clinic. We loved it! Friendly staff, above and beyond service and great puppy handling. Thanks to Rachel for fast onboarding. Christine and Dr Kenwar Kahlon shared awesome tips and tricks to raise a puppy based on their vast and first hand experience. We received curtsey nail trimming service too that we desperately needed being first time owners.”

“They share a location with Animal Eye Care Specialists. This location is very easy to find with plenty of parking. The staff is super friendly and great with reactive/anxious dogs. The new patient fees can be a little pricy but it was well worth the care. I felt very taken care of and I trust that my dog is in great care. Overall, i'd recommend this place for it's specialty services and it's urgent care if ever needed”

“I have been coming to VCA mission for years. I came here today to bring my car, Quattro, for his physical exam. I come back time and time again due to their short wait times and helpful staff. Today I arrived with my baby (a human baby) and the staff helped me bring my.. overweight cat (fur baby) inside since it can be tough to juggle an anxious kitty and a baby. That small gesture made my morning. Thank you! The board up front had the names of today's patients. Cute! I was brought into the exam room right at the time of our appointment. Aaron (I'm assuming the vet tech?) was very quick, friendly, and efficient with his initial exam (weight/temp) and history gathering. Dr. Peterson was also quick, efficient, and friendly. I was in & out within 25 mins. She also took the time to provide information on my cat's ideal caloric intake, which is helpful in starting his weight loss journey.Pricing: Exam- $118The only downside is that their pricing is a little expensive, but it's worth the convenience for me. And honestly, cost everything in the Bay is pretty high so, maybe it's just the average price now a days. Either way, I was happy with my experience today.”

“I brought both my dogs (one female pit bull and male French bulldog) here for both to get neutered and one spayed. I was so nervous at first after reading these reviews. It was my first time coming to this vet and now that both my dogs were healed I felt that it was the right thing to do is to provide you all with an honest review. Today we came back to get their stitches removed. I was very pleased with the service here. My dogs are both doing well and I am so thankful for their services. Thank you Tri City for doing an amazing job with my dogs!! Not to also say this was the cheapest spot to get your dogs neutered it was cheaper than the SPCA! I was very shocked about the bad terrifying reviews because my experience was quite the opposite. Hope this helps all of you who are on the Fence when choosing the right place to get your animals care.”

“I really love this pet hospital. I own a long hair female german shepherd. I grew up taking my pets to a different animal hospital but I recently wasn't happy with their service and was referred here. To my surprise I really enjoyed this place. Marisa the vet tech has been great with our animals and answering all my questions. Dr. Moffett has also been great. Over all I feel comfortable with them seeing my pets.”
