“I have been bringing my pets here for years. The staff and especially Dr. Siani have always treated me great. Dr. does a great job of explaining things.P.s. he has seen me cry multiple times and it's never been awkward.”

“We’re back at AVMC after moving out of the area for the past 4 years. We used to see Dr. Chidi Ugwu but today we were helped by Dr. Conny. The AVMC staff took great care of my senior Pomeranian after he slipped and fell, and they investigated a mysterious fungus on his back. I was really worried but Dr. Conny gave it to me straight, ensured me my dog was going to be okay, and let me know to try and relax a little LOL. Having old dogs I’m in a constant state of worry but I’m feeling so relieved after my dog’s vet visit today. The staff did not try to upsell me or overmedicate my dog. Thank you Dr. Conny and team! Feels great to be back with our trusted and preferred veterinary clinic. ?”

“A very, very professionally run shelter. We are long-time HSSV kitten foster "parents", and their organization and support of a *massive* foster effort is amazing.”

“Very friendly staff, explained everything very clearly, communicative on documentation, provided lots of patience & attention. They were very gentle and polite when working with my cat. Offered safety & protective measures for the appointment (including clipping nails before exam, wrapping him in a thick blanket, talking sweetly to him to calm him, etc…)”

“Came here on an emergency visit. My 10 - 11 yr old dog had a fever and a mystery diagnosis. Suffice to say they offered concern and stead fast solutions for my little pup. I was worried but was content for the next steps and support I was given. Veterinary professionals here are very knowledgeable and caring folks. Once my dear pet passed I received a letter ✉️ with condolences and felt grateful for all of the work all of the staff put into making my little bb feel better. I still bring my other dog here for check ups and have no complaints. They check up on our pet and ensure we are aware of proper care as well as follow ups. Thank you to all the staff ⚕️”

“I'm so grateful for the staff at Parktown they are so kind and helpful. I always feel confident that my pet is in great care here, and most important of all SAFE! It's great to have found a clinic with staff I trust. The people there genuinely care for the animals they treat as well as their owners. I took my cat in because she started to limp. They were very informative and gave me the information I needed to make the decision for her. She had her (very intense) surgery. Her follow up appointments were good, there was a bit of a wait but I think my human doctor wait times are worse lol. Overall great service from the vets and the staff. P.s. my cat is not the nicest when going to the vet but they did so good with her.”
