They are friendly but terrible if you're going for cosmetics. They had a hard time matching foundations and do talk behind your back(in Cantonese) if you take your time trying to get the perfect product. I'd highly recommend if you already know what you want.

Been coming here for years. Didn't realize I never wrote a review. I use the shishedo products and also get facials here. Great customer service. Also if you spend like $200, you get a free facial. Win win!

I came in here for cosmetics, not their spa service. The sales lady was helpful but the prices weren't competitive, at least for Shiseido.

After much doubt I decided to visit this salon for a facial and I was pleasantly surprised. My facialist (I know I made up that word because I could not recall the official title) was excellent. She was gentle on my sensitive skin and didn't try to pressure me into trying any services I wasn't keen on like extractions. I knocked 1 star for the level of outside noise (door dinging, outside conversation, etc). I just wish it was little quieter so I could feel like I was at a spa. Other than that, I would recommend this place and I definitely plan make this my go to facial place.

I usually go there on Sunday to see Clara, she is the BEST! I have been to the shop more than 10 years! They are super nice, and take care of my skin! Thank you so much!

My go-to facial salon. I normally see Clara for my facials and she does a very good job at it. The facials last between 1.5 to 2 hrs depending on the type of facial you're having. Their products include Qiora, Shiseido and Claire de Peau. The extractions can be somewhat painful, but the massage and the mask afterwards make it all worth it. Overall, you leave feeling pampered with fresh, clean, beautiful skin. Definitely worth a try.

I've been buying this Shiseido liquid foundation with SPF for years and went to Nordstrom the other day to look for a darker shade since my skin is a little darker now. The sales associate was really unhelpful and insulted my foundation, saying I apply it badly. I left offended, without buying anything. My mom goes to this store often to get facials and buy Shiseido cosmetics, so I decided to come here. The sales associate was very helpful and helped me look at different shades and we finally agreed on one that was the best match for my skin tone. She was really nice and never pushy when trying to upsell. I was impressed with the service here and would recommend this store to anyone interested in Shiseido.

Great place if you're looking for value over pampering. 1.5 hour facial for the same price (or less) that an upscale spa would charge for 0.5 hours? shiseido cosmetics all over my face? yes please! the only downside is that you may be sharing a room with another patron (there are no private rooms in the event that they double-book). not a deal-breaker.

Well, one star is for the cosmetics products they sell is OK and the seasonal promotion is good. BUT never go for facial !!! I forgot to ask for the facial provider's name otherwise I could keep both the worst facial experience I ever had and its giver in my mind ! I'm not a mean person at all, that's why I still tipped for TEN dollar at last. But I promise myself I will never go back !!! The facial lady used shortcuts in every step during my facial, just like keep swiping something on my face for seconds and repeat. The WORST in the worst things is: when I was about to leave, I glimpsed a mirror and found countless little black spots around my eyes! She did NOT even remove my makeup before she began facial and then remains of the makeup was everywhere on my face!!!!!

I came here for a facial today and the service I received was decent. The lady who did my facial was PeiLing. She is a very nice person, but a little bit on the noisy side (lol). She was trying to sell many of their products to me before we started the facial and she also bragged about herself throughout the whole time I was there. (Talked about how skilled she is compared to her co-workers and how nice she is to her customers - It got a little annoying after a while :x) Anyways, 4 stars because of the price, $60 (before tips) for a 1.5-2 hours of facial/massage. She was also very kind and gave me a week supply of samples for my face.

I am tempted to give 3, but I will give 4 because the price is just too damn reasonable. $60 for a 1.5 hour facial. Seriously!!! So you CAN indulge even in this economy! :) The woman who does the facial is very friendly and talkative BUT she is not uber professional. In the middle of my facial, she abruptly stopped what she was doing on 3 separate occasions, once to answer the phone (and she chatted w/ the person on the other end for about 10 minutes and left me hanging), once to talk to customer (who she eventually had a loud fight with because the customer was trying to get free samples and they were arguing in Cantonese) and once to eat lunch. The last time, she left me there in the room by myself with a tight mask drawn over my face. I am really sure that the mask was done but she was still eating. Not very professional! However, she did a great job w/ the extractions and cleansing, and when I left, my face felt REALLY clean. The extractions also weren't very painful, which is what I am used to. Also, she gave me a lot of good advice on how to maintain my skin, practical advice, not the type of advice where you are encouraged to buy their products or suffer the consequences of less than mediocre skin. She also didn't try to sell me anything too aggressively either, just suggested some products that might interest me. Overall, I would recommend this place, despite the frequent pauses during service, because she was working solo today (usually there is another woman working the store but she was on vacation) so maybe there is usually more attentive service. Also the prices are reasonable, and the place is clean and quiet (aside from the times when people are fighting). So YEAH - go for it!

Pretty good place for facial. Easy parking and very attentive staff. I have had 3 facials here before and they really take their time. Usually last about 1.5 hours with very relaxing music. they only have one room so you will probably have to call in advance. They carry a lot of Shiseido products. I got sold by them. I got the Shideido men products which I like a lot. Very lightweight material and not oily. They always try to sell you something after your facial but I think they are honest on what products they sell to you due to what your skin needs not just to make money. I have been to other places and I think this is the best place to go for the products and service.
