0 stars if possible. I’ve used this location for 3 prescriptions now, and they do everything wrong each time.
Insurance is incorrectly billed or not billed at all. You will wait for an average of 30 minutes for anything. They do not answer the phones. They ignore the drive through window for 10-15 minutes at a time.
I suggest using a different pharmacy - I surely am from now on.

Horrible employe communication, not friendly at all, took 7 days trying to figure out the medication my doctor gave them and didn’t even give me the medication because it wasn’t ready till the next week, Rude employees making assumptions about-me. very bad environment DONT RECOMMEND

I got to talk to someone in the store, however, it’s so difficult to actually talk to someone in the Pharmacy! I called at least 10 times today.
Then after 20 minutes, the phone hangs up!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy! Understaffed, they don’t fill on time, wait times are an hour if you come anytime in the evening, they need to get a mobile pass like CVS to speed things up. Eliminate the drive through if you don’t have enough staff to help people inside the store. Switching all my family’s prescriptions to CVS. Disappointed with corporate decisions to close may stores and burden the one or two left to serve the area.

If I could I will give 0 start! I show them my Rx info to pick up prescription and they said their system cannot pass through so they want me to pay without insurance. So bye~bye, will never go there again. If we don't go there anymore, so Walgreen can know how terrible they are and close the store! Trash should be dumped away from the street!

Called Walgreens had 1 dam question regarding the pharmacy and had to wait 15 mins and got no response.

I had a wonderful experience during this visit to this Fremont Walgreens! Everybody I interacted with was incredibly helpful and friendly. While it was really sad that there was only one shopping cart available for the entire store and that so many products have to be locked up, the staff made everything easy and stress-free. They gave me the time I needed to review the items I was interested in without pressure, and their assistance made the visit a pleasure.
A few years ago, I had a horribly negative experience with a pharmacist, which kept me from returning to this Walgreens. However, the excellent customer service I received during this visit completely changed my perspective. Many thanks to the helpful and patient staff, I feel confident and comfortable shopping here in the future.

Multiple times I have waited 45-60 MINUTES on hold on the phone, only for them to answer and immediately hang up on me. The few times they even answer, the staff is incredibly rude and condescending. No surprise they have a 1 star rating.

The staff who helped waspolite and provides good customer service. However, they were very understaffed. Even if you make an appointment online, you may still end up waiting about an hour during busy times. It makes you wonder what the point of scheduling an appointment is.

What’s the point of a drive-thru if you’re stuck waiting an 15 mints. 2 times same perianced.The drive-thru should be for quick pick-ups only.
We reached there at 0945 am for 10 am online booked time for vaccine
Vaccinated 1045 hrs.
My medicine order before 2 days , not ready, I request make it as it's only sugar measuring m/c not Rx for medicine. I left at 1130 pm from store.
After reaching home got message at 1220 hrs to pick. Any how staff to help seniors..For the rest of us, picking up an RX should take less than 3 minutes.

This store doesn’t deserve no stars. The staff are not helpful. There was this one guy (the Asian guy) who was being rude with every customer. Ig he was the manager, I’m not sure. I was being nice but he just wasn’t being nice to me.
