People that work here don't know what good costumer service is. They told me wait in this line and then after 45 minutes they said the line is closed. There are 7 people working and only one helping the line what's the point of having a drive through if you can't even help the normal line. Whenever I called for a person to help they ignored me. I don't know why they are still open just close this pharmacy. I feel bad for all the old people that have to stand In that long ass line for hours just to get told that there medication is not ready.

Worst pharmacy service I have ever encountered. They seem to have no training or ability to look up a patient's prescriptions. Staff answering the phone were rude and incompetent.

Dropped by today for a same day pick up for a photo. The order was placed by my friend with an estimated time for pick up at around 9:12AM. I got to Walgreens at around 12nn to pick up the said photo print outs. It didn't take alot of time for someone to help me BUT...when I got there, due to the nature of the print-out, the pictures were not printed out just yet because I had to produce evidence that the print-out abides with copyright laws which was okay. I was able to contact my friend and produce the said evidence. However, the "manager" for today kept on going around and around the store. I waited for about 37mins only to come out of the store empty handed because the machine broke. It is also my baby shower today which I am already late to because of this unorganized process. The wait time could have been severely shortened IF THE STORE CONTACTED MY FRIEND WHO PUT IN THE ORDER INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO PICK IT UP AND SORT THINGS RIGHT THEN AND THERE. After leaving, they have contacted my number saying that it's already ready for pick-up. Sorry but you can just throw that away. I've wasted enough time. If you were to put in a same day order for a photo print out, please PLEASE just go to another store. It is not worth the wait.

This place is a joke and lacks any service. I completely understand if one is busy, but don't make one wait 30 mins in line and other 15 minutes at the window to tell them it's not ready so come back. Like wtf.. I could have left if you were upfront instead of wasting time.

Man all these low star ratings looks like mainly for the pharmacy but definitely understand how frustrating things can get while you're waiting for a long period of time. Used to go to this location frequently due to work being close by. Always great workers and super friendly cashiers. My rating is strictly on the photo side. Needed a quick picture taken before my passport application and the lady who helped me was super quick and very informational. Wish I remembered her name. Speedy process and I got my passport photo within 5-8 mins. For the most part I recommend the photo place. All the workers seem to be working pretty hard. Pharmacy might need more help but other than that it's a good location.

Sometimes things don't go as you plan.Due to the fact that lucky supermarket canceled their pharmacy section and moved, all the records over to Walgreens. Makes the way to pick up your medication longer.When you go pick up your medication, it is best to call and ask if it's ready or sign up for text messaging. From Walgreens, it's a better way to go.

This review is for the Walgreens Pharmacy department, from my experience today. TL;DR - If you're new to this particular pharmacy, maybe you're attracted to their availability or central location, I'd seriously reconsider using them. Poor customer experience all around. There are better places to get your prescriptions filled than here.I had my doctor send over my prescription Friday 8/18. I didn't get any notifications over the past few days so I decided to check the status in the Walgreens app today and noticed that the status is still "In Progress". Strange that a prescription sent a week ago is still in the process of being filled.... So I called the store to check in. I called once in the morning, waited a couple of minutes to talk to someone who then put me on hold and transferred me to the pharmacy dept. I waited on hold for about 15 min when the line started ringing! I was finally going to speak with a pharmacist about my prescription! Or so I thought... after ringing for a min, the cuts out and an automated message is asking if I want to give a survey about today's call. WTF?So I call back, I'm on hold again, except this time, I'm given an option by the automated systems to have Walgreens call me back when they're available. So I select that option. They end up calling me back 3 hrs later! When Walgreens called, it was an automated system at first, then I get a person who took down my information and then transferred me to the pharmacy department. I was on hold again. This time for 35 min! Some thing similar to the first call happened.... the line started ringing, and after a min or two, the call ended, no survey this time. What is going on??I called a third time, this time when I spoke to the operator, I told her the situation, and she transferred me again to the pharmacy. The line rang for a couple of minutes and just ended abruptly again. On my 4th call, I explained to the operator my experience and asked her what's going on. She told me that the pharmacy department is very busy and is not accepting calls... What? Is this their standard business practice? So it would seem that Walgreen Pharmacy's business is so good, that when you get busy, you don't care to answer your calls eh? Just pick up to hang up. I'm done with Walgreens, I've wasted too much of my time with them. I'll be moving all of my business to Rite Aid.

I would say zero stars but that is not an option. Awful. Pick up medication somewhere else. Save yourself the waste of time and aggravation!!!

For Photo department:Order online and says will be ready at specificTime, "we're still processing your order" a week later. Call them (if you can get ahold of the department) or go in to tell them to print. This happens to me all the time, and another customer in front of me too. Not sure if all Walgreens photo store is like this...For the quality, it's alright.

The clerk was right on! She helped me pick out the PROPER EARPHONES !!! AND preceded to ring me up she dint send me away to another cashier. She reassured me my purchase was returnable . And offered advice on how to get the best use out of them. Go girl!

This has to be the worse pharmacy! I've waited all day (10 hours) for my prescription to be ready and nothing. Now it's ready when the pharmacy is closing in the next 10 mins. Pharmacy states is open 24 hours but that's a lie. So now I'll probably have to wait hours tomorrow in line. Shoot at this point hire me! Unbelievable place.

Did not print my photo order on time. I got an email 6 months later saying "your order #____ could not be processed." Save yourself some time and look elsewhere for printing needs

Worst pharmacy ever! They didn't fill the prescription and kept delaying it. Won't pickup phone. At the end they released the prescription without providing any reason.

Every time I need a prescription it is so painful to get it filled here. I always end up calling after 12-24 hours of waiting and arguing with someone as to why it's not ready. Even time-sensitive prescriptions take forever. I just don't understand why they are so disorganized. I called once and they said my prescription was pending. Two hours later I call back and they say it not in the system! So why did you tell me it was pending two hours ago? I hold for another twenty minutes to discover its actually still pending. Oh and it's an inhaler and my child needs it to breathe properly. Thanks for nothing!! You just can't trust them. I've said it before and I mean it this time. I'm done with them!!!
