I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at this store
I initially called the pharmacy to inquire about printing my documents. I was told that I could upload my documents online and pick them up from the store. When I mentioned that I wasn’t sure how to upload the files, I was advised to come into the store for assistance.
Upon arriving at the store, I was told that I needed to download the Walgreens app, create an account, and submit all my documents online. I followed all the instructions, created an account, and uploaded the documents. I checked in with the manager multiple times, asking about the status, and was repeatedly told that the documents were still being processed.
Finally, after completing the upload, I was informed that I needed to return the next morning to pick up my printed documents. I was extremely frustrated, as this information was not communicated to me at the beginning. Had I known in advance that the documents would not be ready the same day, I could have planned my time more efficiently.
What’s more disappointing is the unprofessional behavior of the manager and some staff members during the process. As a customer, I expected respectful communication and clear guidance—not rudeness or miscommunication. I felt that my time was wasted, and I was treated unfairly.
I hope Walgreens takes this matter seriously and provides better training for employees on how to communicate with customers and deliver clear, accurate information.

The cashier last night was simply absurd. I couldn’t use my HSA card only because their touchpad was broken and i couldn’t switch to credit. The cashier refused to switch to the next counter with a lame excuse. I had to use my credit card instead. The cashier then sent the receipt to my email, without asking for my preference, because “that’s the preference set on your account”. Come on, I was standing right there talking to you and you didn’t bother asking for my preference? I asked if it’s still possible to get a paper receipt, he replied“next time brah brah”. Terrible service. I was recently on old for 45+ minutes. I heard someone open the line and then transfer me to another department to only have their system hang up on me.

I chose this pharmacy because it was 24 hours and had a drive through. How great is that? No. Every time I get a refill, they tell me there is a delay while they check with my provider. Why do they need to check with my provider when they are the one who wrote the prescription. So I also decided to use another great perk they have—delivery! First, I had trouble with the online order form to get the delivery. Then because that took so long, I couldn’t remember if I ordered or not and ended up ordering twice which they charged me for. BTW, Same day delivery has a $6 fee attached, so when they ultimately sent a message that my order was ready for pickup, I was a little upset. You think?? Not to worry, I will call and straighten this out. They let me ring the phone for 30 minutes. Oh they had a pleasant recording telling me I was next in line, but after a while, it was clear they put the phone on hold so they didn’t have to answer. Not to worry, I’ll call the Manager. I got a clerk who said she would connect me. Guess what? The phone rang and rang and rang!! So I thought my only recourse was in writing. And that’s why I’m letting you all know about this atrocious excuse for a pharmacy. Stay away from here. This is not a business you want anything to do with. You’re welcome.

I’ve been on hold to try and check on my prescription for a hour and it just keeps putting me back on hold. This is just a waste of time. Why don’t they have any one answering the phone or have an automated service that tells us if the prescription is ready.

If you want save your precious time , do not do any kinda business with this particular store, they do not even care about your time , they just drag you to store even after you received a text message that shows ready for pick up and then say that you need to come back later after you just waited hour and half on the lane. I had prescription that took 4 days to get ready for pick and I visited 4 times , they just bunch human BOTS.

I gave a prescription and they said it will be ready for pick by the next day , I went back the next day , they said part of the prescription is ready for pick up and the rest will be ready later , we waited 3 days and after 3days they texted us that it's ready for pick up, I went back again and obviously was a huge lane so I waited more than hour to be in front line , when I asked them I need to pick up the medicine, they said it's not ready and I need to come back in 30 mins. I said I received a message that shows it's ready , but they say I'm sorry , come back later. They do not deserve any Star on customer review, they don't care about your time. Don't wast your time on this specific store, horrible experience.

The pharmacy staff at this location is hit or miss. The last two visits I had major problems with the larger impatient gal behind the counter (corn rolls and improper english). With laws around hipa, and promises made by other staff, the behavior of this staff member was unacceptable. While in line there was an older gal complaining about waiting for 2 hours for her perscription and when an employee told her it was ready this gal who helped me was super.combative with the old lady (who was super.sweet and chatting everyone up). I myself was told that my order would be ready any time after 8 am. The same gal behind the counter said if I would not allow texts she would not be able to give me any time frame of when the medicine would be ready. Obviously she could have but was just upset and having a bad day. Completly unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope this employee is repremanded or terminated for her unwillingness to represent the Walgreens brand properly. I myself will be changing my pharmacy to rite aid or CVS. This way i can get my perscriptions without the added stress of dealing with an emotional employee who obviously hates their job...

I cannot stress enough how awful of a customer experience this pharmacy has. This store obviously does not care about its customers. Whenever I call it’s impossible to get anyone on the line. After 30-45 minutes the automated system just hangs up and I have to start over from the beginning. It’s a disgrace, to make people who are sick and in pain to have to relentlessly contact the pharmacy for there to be any progress on a prescription. My doctor called in my prescription 2 hours ago and I still can’t reach anyone in the pharmacy to confirm that the prescription is received. Never again… this will be the last prescription this pharmacy will ever fill for me. I strongly urge everyone to get their prescriptions ANYWHERE else.

Zero star for that walgreens she told me your medicine will be ready in 45 minutes i was waiting more then 45 minutes when i come back he told me its not ready take 1 houre i was ask him to why its not redy he say I don’t know if you can’t do it just close abd go don’t play with people and call our doctor to we can not take medicine any more they are liar the don’t give you the medicine that your dr give you they are liars your insurance pay for medication but this walgreens steals

Ever since covid ended the pharmacy has been horrible at getting to the windows and help a customers. Also they keeps sending you notifications pick up your meds when you try, there's no one there to help you or there's something else going on. I hate this place.
