The first time I came here I went to the hair care isle and slipped on product out of the bottle and yes an employee saw it and after like 20 mins the spill was still there

I would give Walgreens a -10 star review if I could. Awful waiting times just to speak to someone over the phone. I was trying to transfer my prescriptions here but I can never get a hold of someone, forget about going in, lines are insane and they ended up telling me to call to transfer my prescription, so frustrating and I got nowhere with them. Just awful customer service.

Unhappy, unhappy, unhappy. Feel kind of being targeted as an Asian. I didn’t get the manager’s name.Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable, as if coming to this country was a mistake. She pressured me which made me feel very anxious.

Every single time I go here it takes me 45 minutes or more in line to get my prescription.

I had two medications to pick up and received a call that they were ready. When I arrived at the pharmacy, the pharmacist told me that I could get the second one over the counter. After searching and not finding it, I had to wait for a while to get my second medication. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy, as similar issues have happened before.

Sanjay at the photo center was very kind and helpful. He helped me reprint a passport photo that was too dark. Totally awesome guy that really made my experience in the Photo Dept very smooth.

While searching for refreshments this sign was found on the refrigerator at Walgreens! I’m excuse me what are the employees doing,obviously not their job. Why should the buyer have to check for expiration dates? Disgusted. And embarrassing for Walgreens.

Doctor sent in a prescription at 9 in the morning, wasn’t ready at 5 in the evening. Only one person at the counter and line was a mile long. Took me 30 mins to get to the counter and 30 more mins to wait for the prescription to be filled

Well their pharmacy gave a time of 930 on a Saturday for getting a shot for my wife - apparently they don't open till 10AM on a Saturday. I could have given zero stars. This location on Decoto and Fremont always has issues - long lines, unreliable timings etc.
