No one answers the phone even though I called multiple times and tried to reach multiple departments. Wasted gas and time. Hopefully no one inconveniences them.

Went to Walmart with my husband today.We got what we needed and browse through half of the store. Mainly things for our baby shower. As we were shopping, they had an undercover in regular clothing following an African American couple. But there was two of them. Personally I would feel violated. Literally followed them through out the store. Anyways, my husband and I were checking out, we purchased our items. Once we started walking towards the exit door, the two that was following the couple was at the front door. An older Indian gentleman was standing at self checkout. He saw that my husband and I walking... A Caucasian man walked a couple of feet from us and didn't show receipt, and the older Indian gentleman said hello to us, had his hand out to reach for our receipt. I then told him he didn't ask the white man for his. Why did you stop and ask us? He couldn't say a thing. And the two that was at the door looked at each other and didn't say a thing cause they saw us purchasing our items already. Please do better. At this point I do feel like it's a race thing. This isn't the first time it happened neither. I've been coming to this Walmart since my babies were babies. Employees like to pick and choose who they think are stealing. I don't think I wanna come back today.

An update.When I last travelled to this specific Walmart, it was for cough medicine. They had the specific one I've been eyeing as it was out everywhere. Well I went in, pushed the button because it's behind locked plastic doors. Kept waiting. Kept pressing the button until someone finally showed up but it was quite some time. A few others were starting to wait with me.Well I got the goods, checked out and went on home.I find that this Walmart seems to be more stocked than the Osgood location. Not sure why. But it always is struggle to get over the counter meds here. Such a pain when they're always locked but I get why.

Incompetent staff. Irresponsible management. Poor signage for online pick up. Waiting forever. You have to go behind the store. On hold for more than 5 min for someone to answer the phone then the line drops. Get your act together.

There's a really beautiful good looking man who works here. He is tall with glasses i believe this man is oz. He is very impressive I wasn't minding my business so I ended up overhearing him talk in another language. If I was single I would ask him to marry me. I love the way he stocks the food it's the only reason why I keep being my groceries there. Amazing service!

Me and my husband came here on three different occasions and encountered a problem each time. The first day the money order machine was down. We are new to this area and needed help finding items. You can never get service inside if Walmart so the app does not help. We asked two different employees for help. One said "No" outright when I asked him for help and the woman we asked immediately said " I don't speak English" so tell me now then how did she get the job being unable to speak English? How can she help customers if she cannot communicate with them? I honestly think she said that because she didn't want to help. My husband speaks three different languages and she just outright denied him. You've got to work on this customer service. Aside from that about 5/10 things we were looking for were off the shelves or sold out. There was even damaged items on the shelves with visual signs of wood rot. I do not think I will continue coming to this location. I hate giving one stars but in this case I feel this is what this store deserves. Do better.

This Walmart store have the most unfriendly, in fact RUDEST employees.It never fails to disappoint me whenever I go to this Walmart store.Its employees' attitudes have put me off so much so, that I try very hard not to go into any Walmart stores.If you have to interact with any of the employees there, like asking for assistance at the self-checkout or at any aisle, do not expect to be treated with respect.I was even push over from the side by a re-stocking lady that came from behind, because she wanted to restock the merchandise. Not even any apology from her. So, even if you do not need to interact with them, they manage to be rude too. The only decent employees there are the ones working at the tech-center.I used to go to Walmart for most of my needs, but hardly ever now. Thanks to their rude unfriendly employees.

I was harassed and slandered yesterday (10/1/2022 around 10:30 PM) by one of the employees around 10AM. I'm not going into full detail but I will say that when I was using the bathroom (the one towards the back, someone started yelling "sir I know you're jack*** o** there". Then I immediately ran out of the stall and noticed the employee running off. I noticed the face. So I told the manager (or the person who was in charge at the time). Then when I was going in line I saw that employee and asked his name. Then after that he immediately made that accusation again. Then I'm asked him, "How would you even know? You were looking weren't you?" Then he denies it and leaves. As he was leaving, I took a picture of him. So I was in line for a bit. Then, on my way out he was waiting in the front (I believe the manager at that time told him to stay there). As I walked out he was laughing at me. I asked the manager if she needs me, she told me that everything is under control and not to worry. She also said that the employee's behavior was not acceptable. So after that the manager helped a customer at the self checkout. Then the employee that harassed me still kept laughing at me as I was walking out. So I confronted him and asked him why would he even bother me when I've done nothing bad to anyone there. I had my phone out and he told his friend that I was going to video. I said, "I'm not going to video you" (to show that I truly have some consideration to ppl who work here). Then I asked why he did what he did to me again. His friend that was next to him told me that he is not going to answer and just begged me to leave. I was actually not going to make a review until around the end of the year especially since thing seemed like they were going well (knowing that there are ppl in the LGBTQIA who work there). Sadly though, I was harassed by another person in the LGBTQIA community. I'm also part of the LGBTQIA community. It's sad that some one who I thought was another sister/brother of the same community would actually be the one to intend harm to me. I'm so glad that many of the other ppl here are kind especially the lady who was in charge during that time so I will give it a 3 stars instead of nothing lower. I was tempted to say that the employee who harassed me is insecure but I decided not to. Stay safe everyone and beware of your surroundings when you go here please.

Came in this Walmart to buy stuff for our trip... We walked in do our shopping seen a lot of employees even a security guard! When we're about to check out the cashier yelled madly "I AM NOT GOING TO RING YOU UP! YOU NEED YOUR MASK TO BE HERE! I REFUSE TO RING YOU UP!" I moved to the side calmly and told my boyfriend to get us a mask. After we had our mask on she continues to yell at us about not having our mask inside Walmart then she decide to tell us very loud and clear that her son caught covid because of her? We calmly told her that okey whatever finish your job... But she completely ignored us and keep on lecturing us! Even the people behind us was getting upset! Her name is EVE. I don't usually write yelp reviews but this experience made me so upset.

This is not a place to get photo work done. No personnel available. if you do finally find an associate so you can scan your photos to print, the prints are not available at the time printed on your order ID. Nor later. Not the next day - or at least there is no one to look them up. Then when you call Walmart to inquire no one answers the phone.

T o k i this pharmacy manager happens to be the only person that I have dealt with recently in all my dealings with the medical industry that has truly given me a newly found trust in the medical industry she not only went above and beyond and took care of every single need that our family had, she was extremely considerate, compassionate and professional all at the same time! Kudos to her she is the epitome of great customer service at a pharmacy! Thank You Toki

went to pick up an order. They decided to close the photo department 15 minutes early. No associate was willing to help after speaking with 5 associates. One associate directed me to customer service. That associate said customer service was closed and they weren't helping anymore people. How do the departments and customer service close at 7:45 when the store is open until 11. Getting my money back and never coming here again. Lazy associates and poor customer service.

I go to this location often, and usually I never encountered problem with the photo department. Today, no one was there, the worker who was nearby didn't even know what to do or how to help me with my pick up order and asked me to go all the way to the front to ask someone. No other workers nearby knew how to help and seemed to reluctant to help. Finally, got all the way to the front cashier and found one manager who called another manager in the back. I had to walk all the way back again to meet that other manager to pick up my photo order. Very unorganized and unprofessional... and no one seemed to have a nice attitude to help. Sad....
