Terrible service. Under staffed and no one even bothers to ask what you're there for. Business area is completely empty so no one can answer questions for you. Might wanna just close this branch down if that's how you operate.

Came here around 2 pm on a Tuesday for some clarifications regarding my credit card. I forgot to get her name but she had dark black long hair and many gold bangles on her wrist at the front desk, she was rude and had no knowledge regarding any of Wells Fargo's policies and benefits. Was fed up with her attitude and unwillingness to help. Had simple questions and tried to make me feel stupid for asking them on top of that she didn't even know the answer herself. Wells Fargo needs to further educate and train their employees about the company.

This location is closest to where I live and yet it is a gross inconvenience to come out here. I went a few days before CNY to ask Rita if they had $2 bills- she immediately said no. Didn't bother checking. Rude AF. Went yesterday to withdraw money; waited in line for 30 min- there are only 2 tellers. By the time I get into the front of the line, my good friend Rita closes her window (there are 4-5 customers behind me) before yelling from behind her partition what my business is at the bank. In a soft tone I mention I'd like to make a withdrawal and then she rudely asks how much- in front of everyone, mind you- she has zero concept of proper customer service or appropriate social cues. And not that I think I would get jumped in the adjacent parking lot- but who knows- why would I tell someone how much money I need prior to getting to the window- get an effing clue!!!

Wells Fargo, 40982 Fremont Blvd Fremont, CA 94538 I have had one of the most fabulous experiences in this branch. I had to do a wire transfer and was helped by Joseph Estabillo. Joseph is an EXPERT at banking and wire transfer. Not only is he polite and courteous, he is truly knowledgeable for one as young as him. I was confused with rates but he was always patient and efficient. I visited several times before deciding to use the Bank's service. It took Joseph ALL of 10 minutes to have the money transferred. GIVE HIM A RAISE. In these awful trying times one must hold on to good people. Give him a raise or someone will steal him from you specially after this review. A++++++++++++++++++
