Was having a great morning till I decided to open a second bank acc with Wells Fargo. Customer service is non existent. Horrible service. Walked in, no one greeting you by the way and had to walk around the desks to ask the employees who I can speak with to open an account. First person said she didn't work with account opening and I had to speak with one of the people with their heads down staring at the computer instead of helping customers freely walking around looking lost. Finally spoke to another lady and said I had to make an appointment to open a simple checking acc..... I recently walked into Chase bank to open up an account for my son with no issues at all. Plenty of people greeting you and helpful. Don't bank here guys... maybe just avoid this location. I'm a busy working parent of 4 and finally had a chance to run some errands. Horrible customer service. Wish I got her name who simply turned me away and didn't bother to give any other information or be apologetic for the inconvenience. She was near the tellers and was middle eastern. Thanks for nothing guys. Hope you train your employees better on how to treat customers trying to be your customer.

Tried to deposit colleague fund check into my daughter's Wells Fargo account at the counter. Instead of accepting the check gracefully, the clerk just gave me a run-around as if it's drug money. First I was told only the principle can deposit the check albeit I have my daughter's ATM card and password. Then She asked me if I have account with Wells Fargo. Of course I have a joint account with my wife at Wells Fargo. The last straw that broke the camel's back was no signature at the backside of the check. Despite all these "security measures", I deposited the ~$28K check through the ATM machine at another WF bank. Lesson learned: don't do the banking w/ WF. You can move your money in and out easier w/ Chase, Citi, and even Morgan Stanley. Better yet, you won't get extra credit cards w/out your knowledge.

Waiting, waiting, ridiculous wait times... Super frustrating. People are paying to have service.

12 people in line. 5 tellers behind the line...one teller window open. 3 bankers at desk with no customers. A greeter with just saying hi.... 9 people in the branch with 13 customers in line and only 1 teller window. What?

My father and I opened a joint account with about $500. . This was his idea as I already was joint with my mom through a credit union. Wells Fargo also pushed me in also getting a college credit. I never used the accounts. I never went in the branch or set up my online banking. I few years later. I called to close the account. The Wells Fargo representative said she could not assist me with that over the phone and I would have to come in the branch. When I came into the branch they said the account was already closed and they gave me the money. I asked them for a picture of the signature used to close the accounts. They could not provide me with one. I asked for statements. They could not provide me with statements. WHERE did that money go? Someone also recently told me they went to Wells Fargo to do a home purchase pre- approval on a loan. They did not go trough with it. Well, 4 months go by, A day before the quote was to expire Wells Fargo emailed them to let them know. The couple did not respond to the email. showed no interest in going through them for the loan. Wells Fargo Pulled Their Credit Again Without Consent. From my experience there is NO INTEGRITY with W.F If you have an account here my advice check it daily!

Plenty of parking. Clean establishment. They have two ATMs outside along with 2 atms in the inside. I came almost 30 mins to closing time and there was a long line with maybe 2-3 tellers. The teller that helped me was nice and helped me in a timely manner. They have stickers on the floor to remind people to social distance themselves with one another. Also have plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the bank. I normally don't go inside the banks but I needed some checks. I would def come back here if I'm in the area.

I don't know what happened to this branch but Good Lord they are slow. Can't blame this on COVID. Tellers have bad body language and are not helpful

They left a teller in training all by himself while 3 customers had to wait 20min+. While the rest of the employees were chit chatting with a friend. Teller needed assistance from the manager. She came to help the but couldn't be a teller to the other customers waiting 20min+.

This bank is located right off Hesperian Boulevard near the fire station and the old theater. There is ample parking in the front and in the back so it is convenient to access. My favorite part about this location is the ATM machines since I mainly use those to make my transactions. The area is well lit, and there are three machines spaced out from eachother to allow for privacy. I have never had issues with the machines for as long as I've been a member of Wells Fargo. They are a staple in the community.

I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for so long I can't even say exactly how long it's been! Paseo Padre is my favorite branch as far as the other locations I can go to in Fremont. Most specifically because it's the least crowded. If you'd asked me a year or two ago how I liked this branch I'd say "I loved it" but that was when the staff seemed friendlier, more attentive and knowledgeable. Their level of service has definitely changed. It's declined! Today, one of the tellers 'waved' me over from the line (not even a 'hi, ma'am. I can help you here.')! No greeting whatsoever. Even better was that she literally gave me NO EYE-CONTACT THROUGHOUT OUR BRIEF TRANSACTION. Not once! I especially loved the fact that SHE WAS CHEWING GUM too! And I knew she was zoned out because she had to ask me what I needed when I clearly said I came in to cash the check I'd just slid over to her! She mine as well have rolled her eyes and spit at me. Wouldn't have made a f-ing difference. Mind you it's my day off and I came in to run a simple errand. I'm in a great mood as I'm writing this. I'm just disappointed that the quality of service here has become so poor.

I have had the worst experience with one of the managers today. I just wanted to take out some cash for gas and she asked me over 12 security questions and it took over 55 min to take money out. This sucks because I drive Lyft and time is money but Jade Descalzo gave me a tremendous amount of attitude and resistance to help me. I am shocked that she is a manager. I do not plan to ever go to this Wells Fargo if I have to go inside and waist time to deal with being mistreated by Jhade Descalzo..

Nice customer Service. Bank was kind enough to refund the money for service charges. The bank staff is amazing, highly motivated and understand the customer's problems like theirs. Keep it up!!

Wells Fargo always has been my bank. Chooses it years ago and never regret. Here is why: Offices are practically everywhere, very professional service, a lot of representatives on each location, a lot of services including free credit score checking. Always free coffee table. What else can you dream about. Only 1 cons: 300 is the max withdrawal salty.

I usually go to my own branch on Washington and always have excellent service. However i visited this branch today for the first time and was very disappointed. To say the least the lady that dealt with me was positively hostile and unpleasant !! Went to my wells Fargo on Washington afterwards and as always was treated with respect and excellent service... Thankyou !!
