Terrible service. Under staffed and no one even bothers to ask what you're there for. Business area is completely empty so no one can answer questions for you. Might wanna just close this branch down if that's how you operate.

Came here around 2 pm on a Tuesday for some clarifications regarding my credit card. I forgot to get her name but she had dark black long hair and many gold bangles on her wrist at the front desk, she was rude and had no knowledge regarding any of Wells Fargo's policies and benefits. Was fed up with her attitude and unwillingness to help. Had simple questions and tried to make me feel stupid for asking them on top of that she didn't even know the answer herself. Wells Fargo needs to further educate and train their employees about the company.

This location is closest to where I live and yet it is a gross inconvenience to come out here. I went a few days before CNY to ask Rita if they had $2 bills- she immediately said no. Didn't bother checking. Rude AF. Went yesterday to withdraw money; waited in line for 30 min- there are only 2 tellers. By the time I get into the front of the line, my good friend Rita closes her window (there are 4-5 customers behind me) before yelling from behind her partition what my business is at the bank. In a soft tone I mention I'd like to make a withdrawal and then she rudely asks how much- in front of everyone, mind you- she has zero concept of proper customer service or appropriate social cues. And not that I think I would get jumped in the adjacent parking lot- but who knows- why would I tell someone how much money I need prior to getting to the window- get an effing clue!!!

Wells Fargo, 40982 Fremont Blvd Fremont, CA 94538 I have had one of the most fabulous experiences in this branch. I had to do a wire transfer and was helped by Joseph Estabillo. Joseph is an EXPERT at banking and wire transfer. Not only is he polite and courteous, he is truly knowledgeable for one as young as him. I was confused with rates but he was always patient and efficient. I visited several times before deciding to use the Bank's service. It took Joseph ALL of 10 minutes to have the money transferred. GIVE HIM A RAISE. In these awful trying times one must hold on to good people. Give him a raise or someone will steal him from you specially after this review. A++++++++++++++++++

Every time I walk in there's at least a few extra people standing around behind the cashiers. Every time I call they don't answer. I only call to return calls after I've received a voicemail and have tried multiple times over multiple days.. I had a good experience with Liza recently but in general this branch seems pretty crappy. Only go here for the simplest of tasks. And don't even bother calling they don't pay attention. You'd think they would during a pandemic to keep their in store traffic to a minimum, but no.

I would give negative stars, if only I could, for this location. Horrible customer service, with absolutely no intent to help customers. I went there on a Saturday, and the staff were more eager to close the bank at noon rather than helping out the customers. In my many years of transacting with Wells Fargo, never have I been subjected to such horrible customer service. Avoid this branch if you can!

How do I start? I would give negative stars if I could. This bank has by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I walked in two days ago trying to open a checkings account. A lady named Lee (I think that's her name) attempted to help me open a new checkings account. Then 15 minutes later told me i had to come back another day to open it due to unknown reasons. So she called me about 30 minutes later and made me an appointment over the phone to come back today at 9:30am. I showed up on time today and then they tell me "Lee" isn't here and that I don't have an appointment. Are you fucking serious? For some reason a young Indian lady said she would help me with opening my new account. She tells me I need to get $25 cash to open an account. The lady from the other day never informed me of this by the way. So I wait in their long line at the teller to do a cash advance to withdraw the cash. Finally I get the cash and then go back to the desk of that young Indian lady. She paces back and forth going to the back and then finally comes back and then tells me I can't open an account and that I would need to talk to the lady that attempted to help me from two days ago. She apologizes and tells me that lady would contact me when she's back at work. So why make me do all this work if you weren't going to help me in the first place? Yeah no thanks. This branch has zero customer service and have rude employees that waste your time and don't know how to communicate properly with customers. I'll never be banking with your shitty branch ever again.

My husband and I came to this Bank to open an account, they said I'm qualified, but not my husband, his credit score is too low, they thinked they PROFESSIONALLY, but they are NOT !!!! So be aware and be careful, read first their reviews before you Banking with them !!!!

This Wells Fargo branch is closest to where I live mostly I come here for my banking needs and I Tried other locations as well . It's nice smaller location banker are nice as well as tellers. Some times they request additional docs but for extra security , which is a plus. Over all I like their services and the way they treat you .

I don't know if it's because Wells Fargo has gone through lawsuits last year but the gentleman who tried to help us was being weird about opening up a business account, you can have a business under your name and have someone run it like an investor but "Cody" says you should know everything he has to ask and answer him without information given to him by the manager or we can't open an account, do I have to tell Cody the Wells Fargo associate why the company is under someone's name and can't answer questions.....maybe I'm wrong but not banking with this branch anymore and would not recommend it to our associates and employees

Avoid SAMIA S. MIR at all costs . She has attitude and very little understanding of financing . Forgot to mention she was dressed very inappropriately for a banker. You're better off asking a monkey for help then asking this "banker"

Awful service! I had to get a medallion stamp the other day, so I called to check if it could be done. I was told yes and only the branch manager could do this and she would be back in 15min. So I waited for about 30min and went to the branch around 4pm. She was with a customer. For more than 2 hours, I patiently waited and she was chatting with the "customer" happily and showing pictures on phone to each other. 6:02pm, she came to me and told me the medallion stamp was locked up some where and she could not do the stamp for me that day. Doing a stamp is less than 10min! I don't understand if she could not do the stamp, why can't she let me know earlier! I am a customer for 20+ years, and I am not a person who complains - I have been put in only good reviews in yelp. This is my first ever negative review!

Thank you Geeza !! I love this branch. What can i say i visited Wells Fargo Branch on Paseo Padre and had a very bad experience there. Came in to see you ,which I should of done in the first place. Thank you for your excellent customer care service. Staff here are always awesome very friendly and respectful !!!

I'm upset with the unprofessional conduct of this bank and the way they lie to customers. I've been a customer for over 20yrs. Trying to get my money from my Mother's estate that was blessed to me. Telling me I can't get my money after verifying funds is ridiculous!! I will no longer be a customer of this bank.
