I had a bad experience at one Wells Fargo (I won't name it) and really thought about dropping the bank completely but then I found this location and it's been my #1 for over 10 years. What makes them great? 1) Everyone has a great attitude AND they are professional. The employees don't avoid customers if it's busy. They always greet and tell you if they can or can't meet with you yet. 2) I know it's best to set an appointment but the times I didn't (sorry!) I've never been shooed away and the employees have never been rude about it. For wire transfers they have always been able to accommodate me after a short wait. 3) Their service is consistent. I've been here a lot and there's never a 'bad' day. I know I can count on their service even if my issue isn't resolved same day. My family and I have had major life events happen where we leaned on this branch: purchases/sale of homes, opening our kid's first account, and now death of a family member. Some things were quick and some were a process but it's always been a pleasure dealing with this branch during these benchmark moments in our lives. Now that we live in the valley, I still make the 1+ drive here because I don't want to deal with any potential headaches and I trust their service. Good job Warm Springs branch! I hope your team gets the recognition it deserves.

This Wells Fargo Bank is located in South Fremont in the Warm Springs district, and it's a decent sized branch. The people working here are all very friendly and approachable to questions and concerns. They have 2-3 tellers working and the line to get help moves fairly quickly. If you need to speak with a banker, it's best to make an appointment so you don't have to wait. Took a star off because the location can be hard to get to, entrance wise, otherwise no complaints.

This branch was a pleasure to do business with. Been here several times and haven't had to wait very long at all. A previous visit had an upset customer but the gal behind the glass handled things in a very professional manner to diffuse the situation, unfortunately I cannot recall her name. Will continue doing business here as long as I'm working in Fremont.

Walked in to to get an approval letter and was told that I had to make a appointment for next business day . I told them I was not trying to wait and gave me the cold shoulder and I had to waist my time to make this review, CRAP

Good branch Nice and friendly staff If I have to do get money they have it if I have to take money out they give me some and stuff. Seriously tho it's my fave bank bye

Great bank to go to very nice atmosphere. They been very helpful in many ways. I want to use this bank very close and handy to my job. I wish they could go back to 9 to 6pm Mon thru Fri and open on Saturdays.

Very helpful staff and they are always able to do every transaction correctly. They also have foreign currency available and I was able to get Hong Kong dollars very quickly. However, I had a strange incident happen where a man threw a rock at my mom outside the entrance and then almost crashed his car into the bank. The bank tellers called the police and said that he had been a disgruntled customer.

I always have issues with this specific bank location. Seriously makes me consider ditching Wells Fargo even though I’ve been with them for over a decade.

feels weird writing a review for a bank, but today was an exception. I have been banking with Wells Fargo since highschool/college, but made the change over to another financial institute for business/personal. Anyhow, came in to this branch today to finally close out an account I no longer use. After walking around the whole branch (some entrance were blocked off, my fault lol) I walked in and saw a sign stating "appointments only to speak to a banker". Melissa S. asked me if I needed help with anything, I told her that I am here to close out an account that I no longer use. She told me that they were only accepting appointments, but asked me if I can wait a minute. Came back and told me that she can squeeze me in before her next appointment. That. that is what you call customer experience. note* I wasn't there to open an account but the opposite. could've asked me to do it over the phone, make an appointment, or even ask me to come back later. She went over everything, handed me my check and got me out within 15 minutes. Although, my objective today was to close an account, she'll be there to assist you in opening one.

I have been banking with this branch for more than 25 years. I thought they do care about my relationships because I have both business accounts as well personal accounts with them, plus my mortgages. But, lately they have tried every way to make money on me, from wire transfer fee to advisory fee which I even don't know about. I can get all the benefits which they deny from other banks nearby such as Bank of America and Chase. It confirms me that Wells Fargo not the one I used to know, taking care of its customers and valuing the relationships. No wonder their stocks took a dive and never recovered from the scandals to create bogus accounts to inflate their performance. The top management got fired and their legacy stay: they only care about their numbers instead of doing a better jobs compared with their competitors. Sad.

I had a rude experience with a customer service representative by the name of Wang,it was as if she gets paid to be rude,due to everything that's going on in the world today I try my best to make every experience I have with others as pleasant as possible but Ms Wang did the opposite today,its disturbing because she got to me now I'm irritated lol but I'll shake this feeling off very soon.People be nice to one another you never know what others are going through have a blessed day
