The pharmacist cancelled my prescription without telling me so I could pay more at the counter. I almost walked out thinking I had all my medicines, but had to go back only to be told that they cancelled it so I could pay more at the counter. Please check to make sure you have all your medicines. If they cancelled mine for no reason and with no warning they could cancel yours too.

Consistently understaffed pharmacy! Do not drop off your medications here unless you have lots of time to wait. I've been to this pharmacy multiple times due to the proximity and my average wait time (no matter if you're a walk in or drive thru customer) starts from 40 mins to an hour! The workers are slow, young and not very competent. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Or ask them to ship your medications for free if you have this option.

The photo people are great as well as Miguel. He really helped us out, and do everytime. Very happy with the help we received and the pics we get printed there!

Terrible wait times for vaccines even when you have an appointment. I had an appointment, arrived on time, and still waited over 40 min even though there was no one in line before me.

1,5 They gave me vitamins for 1.5 hours; my little son and I were forced to wait for them because of their system for preparing medications. This is simply unprofessional; you need to do anything but the pharmacy business.

Worst pharmacy service I have ever encountered. They seem to have no training or ability to look up a patient's prescriptions. Staff answering the phone were rude and incompetent.

Dropped by today for a same day pick up for a photo. The order was placed by my friend with an estimated time for pick up at around 9:12AM. I got to Walgreens at around 12nn to pick up the said photo print outs. It didn't take alot of time for someone to help me BUT...when I got there, due to the nature of the print-out, the pictures were not printed out just yet because I had to produce evidence that the print-out abides with copyright laws which was okay. I was able to contact my friend and produce the said evidence. However, the "manager" for today kept on going around and around the store. I waited for about 37mins only to come out of the store empty handed because the machine broke. It is also my baby shower today which I am already late to because of this unorganized process. The wait time could have been severely shortened IF THE STORE CONTACTED MY FRIEND WHO PUT IN THE ORDER INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO PICK IT UP AND SORT THINGS RIGHT THEN AND THERE. After leaving, they have contacted my number saying that it's already ready for pick-up. Sorry but you can just throw that away. I've wasted enough time. If you were to put in a same day order for a photo print out, please PLEASE just go to another store. It is not worth the wait.

This is possibly the worst walgreens ever. I am disabled and I deal with pain. I saw that they had fish oil on sale, and they were in stock at this location, Mowry Ave. So I dragged my aching body down there, and they didn't have squat. That delivery service that starts with an A, now has my business. I wish I could give negative stars. Disappointing store.

I do a lot of personal shopping for uber and grubhub and the employees of this walgreens are so helpful in helping me find items....esp Anthony who is always so helpful and willing to assist me. I am grateful for the assistance to make my job easier...and all the employees there do it with willingness and with a smile...

This place is a joke and lacks any service. I completely understand if one is busy, but don't make one wait 30 mins in line and other 15 minutes at the window to tell them it's not ready so come back. Like wtf.. I could have left if you were upfront instead of wasting time.

The customer service people here are the worst in the whole world. They're impatient, rude, and never listen to what you say. They work extremely slow and everything is so behind and delayed.

Man all these low star ratings looks like mainly for the pharmacy but definitely understand how frustrating things can get while you're waiting for a long period of time. Used to go to this location frequently due to work being close by. Always great workers and super friendly cashiers. My rating is strictly on the photo side. Needed a quick picture taken before my passport application and the lady who helped me was super quick and very informational. Wish I remembered her name. Speedy process and I got my passport photo within 5-8 mins. For the most part I recommend the photo place. All the workers seem to be working pretty hard. Pharmacy might need more help but other than that it's a good location.

Sometimes things don't go as you plan. Due to the fact that lucky supermarket canceled their pharmacy section and moved, all the records over to Walgreens. Makes the way to pick up your medication longer. When you go pick up your medication, it is best to call and ask if it's ready or sign up for text messaging. From Walgreens, it's a better way to go.

Avoid this place unless you've got a hour to spend waiting in line. It doesn't matter, if you go thru the drive-through or you walk in. You're gonna spend at least an hour waiting in line or waiting for a pharmacist to fill a prescription because they never have anything done in advance. It doesn't matter if you wait for a few days to give them a chance to get caught up they never do. It's the worlds worst pharmacy to pick up a prescription. God forbid you have to do it at night time when all the weirdos come out.

This review is for the Walgreens Pharmacy department, from my experience today. TL;DR - If you're new to this particular pharmacy, maybe you're attracted to their availability or central location, I'd seriously reconsider using them. Poor customer experience all around. There are better places to get your prescriptions filled than here. I had my doctor send over my prescription Friday 8/18. I didn't get any notifications over the past few days so I decided to check the status in the Walgreens app today and noticed that the status is still "In Progress". Strange that a prescription sent a week ago is still in the process of being filled.... So I called the store to check in. I called once in the morning, waited a couple of minutes to talk to someone who then put me on hold and transferred me to the pharmacy dept. I waited on hold for about 15 min when the line started ringing! I was finally going to speak with a pharmacist about my prescription! Or so I thought... after ringing for a min, the cuts out and an automated message is asking if I want to give a survey about today's call. WTF? So I call back, I'm on hold again, except this time, I'm given an option by the automated systems to have Walgreens call me back when they're available. So I select that option. They end up calling me back 3 hrs later! When Walgreens called, it was an automated system at first, then I get a person who took down my information and then transferred me to the pharmacy department. I was on hold again. This time for 35 min! Some thing similar to the first call happened.... the line started ringing, and after a min or two, the call ended, no survey this time. What is going on?? I called a third time, this time when I spoke to the operator, I told her the situation, and she transferred me again to the pharmacy. The line rang for a couple of minutes and just ended abruptly again. On my 4th call, I explained to the operator my experience and asked her what's going on. She told me that the pharmacy department is very busy and is not accepting calls... What? Is this their standard business practice? So it would seem that Walgreen Pharmacy's business is so good, that when you get busy, you don't care to answer your calls eh? Just pick up to hang up. I'm done with Walgreens, I've wasted too much of my time with them. I'll be moving all of my business to Rite Aid.
