Came in at around 12:45pm on December 24 with a flat tire fully expecting to be told it won’t be patched until after Christmas. However Victoria was very helpful and thorough with the information she provided me about the service and assured me it will be done fast. So upon hearing that I decided I’ll just wait at the shop, and sure enough it was completed by 1:20pm. They had me in and out of there with a flat in under an hour and I would highly recommend Wheel Works to anyone looking to get work done on their car. Thank you again Victoria for your help and providing a service where I truly felt like I got my moneys worth.

Said 2 hrs for inspection and kept saying working on report when inquired couple of times later during the day. At the end of the day said they could not do it and I ended up leaving the car with them overnight. When I picked up my car, I noticed a posted sign for full car inspection along with free tire rotation for $9.99. I was charged $21.99 for full inspection that did not do tire rotation. When I inquired, front desk rep said he can not read the sign posted behind him in the lobby. Wanted to post this review so that others are aware of their false advertising and unethical practices. Other places would have waived the inspection fee due to their mess but here I was blamed to not read the sign. Needless to say, I did not trust them with my vehicle after this. They lost my business to another professional and honest shop.

I bought this tire about six months ago, and recently it ended up with three nails in it. I took it back to the original shop, and they told me the nails were “too close together,” meaning the tire couldn’t be repaired and I would need to buy a brand-new one. I even offered to pay $60 for a repair, but they refused and pushed replacement instead.
Because my car is older (2008), I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Tire & Wheel Mart in Hayward. That’s where I met an honest Afghan tech (I believe his name was Aslam or Islam—sorry if I got it wrong). He took the time to properly inspect the tire and explained that two of the nails were very small, and only one spot actually needed a patch. He repaired it safely and professionally for $15.
That level of honesty and skill is rare. Because of this one technician’s integrity, I won’t be going back to my previous shop. Tire & Wheel Mart is now my go-to place, and I highly recommend them to anyone who values straightforward, ethical service.

At the Fremont, CA shop, Frank was friendly, informative, and a multitasker. It wasn’t really too busy, but the service was still done sooner than I expected. As a longtime customer, I will continue to go back.

They completely ignore you exist. I stood right in front of 2 employees for a while who completely ignored me, and kept chatting win each other. so i just walked out. Very unfortunate
