I visited this store Saturday to add Comcast Sports Net 720 & 721 to my cable package. I was there about 15 minutes w/ a young gentleman. He said it would be $10.00 additional per month. I agreed & ok'd everything by text to verify. He said it included Peacock network as well. I said bonus. I get home 3 hours later & guess what?.....I don't have Comcast Sports Net! I do have Peacock. What a waste of a company. Terrible customer service!

I had an excellent experience with Gabriel at Xfinity! He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and provided exceptional customer service. Gabriel not only helped me set up my new internet, but he also informed me about the latest promotions. He patiently walked me through the router installation step by step and went above and beyond by following up with me afterward to make sure everything with my new account was running smoothly. He was also very friendly and approachable, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend Gabriel for anyone needing assistance!

First time visiting this location and we had a very satisfied experience. Exceeded our expectation for the excellent customer service by Sowile!
1. Came by to unlock my iPhone which was fully paid few months ago. I was told by Xfinity store in Brokaw that it will automatically do the unlocking and found out it didn’t. Sowile made sure that the system will unlock my phone for international travel.
2. I added a mobile line from AT&T & he patiently called and wait for the customer service to get the account and transfer pin so we can retain my hubbys number. It was successfully transferred with a breeze.
3. He provided & gave us a new promo for our home internet. Explained thoroughly the mobile plans as well as the internet.
Sowile was very patient, efficient and knowledgeable about the different services and products and was helpful enough to provide an answers to all our inquiries.
I highly recommended for its exceptional service & by promptly addressing my concerns and providing detailed explanation without feeling being rushed.

1: one of employees was very rude
2: my review posted a week ago got deleted
3: they did not honor the deal I had with their online agents
4: last year when I set up the equipment, I spent two days on it. Their online representatives who were in India were super nice, always ask me lots of questions, but did not solve the problem
5: a person called me to ask whether it was him who was rude. I did not remember the name and said might not be you. Then the person just handed off and did not care about what really happened.
6 I switched to T-mobile. Half the price, super easy setting up, does not require coaxial cable at all and the speed is astonishingly fast, >200MB/sec.

Super excellent service i was given in this store. Johnny and Lauren were brilliant and they helped me out because i needed to return my xfinity device and also they both answered a-lot of my questions perfectly and now i am satisfied with what i have to do now. Again shoutout to Johnny and Lauren, give them a big raise please. Thank you 🙏

I've been here twice, once about 3 years ago (looking for a new promo) and today to return a router that got upgraded. Both times were pleasant experiences.
Reading the reviews I was naturally hesitant to visit the store, but luckily I did not experience the issues others have claimed. Certainly, I now realize some of the negative reviews may be unjustified - from the perspective of an entitled individual. In particular one negative review stood out where they mentioned that they weren't greeted a specific way (name introduction, etc.) and that staff weren't enthusiastic about working there. While this reviewer's lack of empathy was on the extreme end, several others reflected this sentiment to some degree. These people need to work in the service industry that interacts with the public - people like themselves - on the daily and see how happy they feel about it. Grow up.
Anyway, this was my experience. You might feel the same way, you might not. Leave your own negative review and don't come back if the service dissatisfies you, but I wouldn't avoid this location based on reviews alone.

Very Slow service delivery. Most of the staff sits in the backstage. Only very few 2 -3 people addresses the customer concerns in the front desk.
