Ciyara was super professional and kind when answering questions I had entailing prime parking and about the facility. Has clean showers and decent size for truck stop. Food is typical pilot food, not bad. None of the washing machines or dryers were broken. That’s a plus. Thanks again to Ciyara and the team for making my experience a good one

When I reached the store and entered, I put my bag to one side and was looking for some food to eat. A lady was staring at me repeatedly, asking if I was stealing, this is not good behavior. I don’t know why you guys doing this. It's not right for me to come to this store, and it's better if I don't never come that pilot . That lady made me feel guilty without saying anything. The main reason is because my colour is black ..thank your your given me such respect … And to make me feel guilty. They took my shower also .

Andrea is so Professional..
Hours ago I came in in dead heat 🥵 She Smiled so Beautiful and Welcome me in . I reserved my parking spot. Then a few Hours later No difference she is so Great she's Manager Material. Thank you Andrea and the Flying J

First time in pilot, dirty shower. there was hair and pee where u sit on toilet also there was hair in sink. everywhere is dirty im not sure someone cleaned here

Needed somewhere to stay the night, so came to the Flying J and it was great! I arrived late, so there were much fewer options for good parking though. The entire back and a number of the parking spots in front were all taken by trucks. Once I finally found a spot though, the rest was easy going. Wide selection of snacks and drinks inside, plus very clean restrooms. The highlight for me was the laid-back staff. They were friendly and relaxed, letting me come and go to use the restroom and buy snacks without disturbance. Great option for overnight parking and all the needs that entails.

Me and my daughter have recently become homeless and after the 100 degree heat today we NEEDED a shower!!! lol so not ever taking a shower at a gas station before the worker at the front was very nice and showed me what was what and I had no idea they provide everything you need!!! Which is a real blessing!!!! I came back to the car and my daughter asked me how you feel? I said I feel like a woman!!! lol and human again!!! lol we will definitely be back!!!! And some beautiful trucks park there too wow!!!!
The showers are very nice very clean!!!! I had no idea they were so spacious!!!! It’s almost as big as a motel room!!! lol seriously!

Only really come here for gas and a snack every once in a while. Chargers and other products are a little pricier than most places.

If you ever want confirmation that pilot hates commercial drivers you only need to visit one of these trucks stops that are designed to trap you in. Only one way in and out. You can be trapped once you get in for up to 45 minutes. If you are in any kind of rush I recommend that you keep on driving to the next truck stop

Long wait times and lazy shower staff
Every time I stop here for a shower, there’s a long line. The wait is just too much, especially when you’re tired from driving all day. The staff at the shower desk are extremely lazy and don’t seem to care about the drivers. They move slowly and act like they’re doing you a favor. Management really needs to step up and improve the service. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re in a hurry or need a quick, clean shower.
