“The main lady that runs my route is very good person. It just when she not on the route. I learned not to leave my mail out for pickup. The package never make it to the post office. Why is that? Two of the package was small gift items. Already stamped label . Ready for shipping.”
“I came in here 2 times both times lazy people can’t find my package or won’t even look and also call looking for my package. The mail person left me a pink notice without even trying to deliver it I been home. Finally I called for the second time trying to find this package the supervisor “Samantha” answered and was very nice she fount my package and explained it was probably just notified because it was too heavy it a bed frame I told her I didn’t have a truck and she told me she will have someone else deliver it. Today comes and they delivered it. Thank you for finding my package and having it delivered”
“Previous post was a big negative but deleted by admin. Had shot them down previously because previous staff did not give me a receipt for proof of shipment. Was told that if it's prepaid they won't give one to you and that you can just take a picture. Fast forward to now, current staff was friendly and quick and gave me a printed receipt without any hesitation. Now, that's what I call good customer service!”

“Came here for my wife's passport renewal. She was greeted with Chris. Nice guy! Very communicative, professional, and even offered water. Jojie was accurate and ensured all the paperwork and documentation was correct and looked for errors. She did not make my wife feel rushed out. She also communicated everything, including the length of wait for the new passport and when they may send back the original documents. Both Chris and Jojie were amazing. All the staff were smiling and the environment itself was just welcoming, unlike other postal offices we've been to. Highly recommend making your way here to avoid angry, bitter USPS employees. Their customer service is beyond excellent! Great job, French Camp USPS employees!”
