The person in charge CHRIS is super rude. I have been here 3 times already. The first time I got passports for my two little kids, the entire time they were in the car with my older sister because they were sleeping. The lady did my paper work and it wasn’t until the end when I was getting ready to pay that she said I need to see your kids. I went to get them no problem. When I went to get my son’s passport , my daughter had an accident and I didn’t have any extra clothes for her. When I went inside I told the lady that was helping me that my son was here but he is in the car and that if it was OK if we could do the paperwork and he can just run in here so she can see him and he can run back out because I couldn’t leave my kids by themselves and I couldn’t bring my daughter out because she had peed herself. She said that was fine when my son came back he told me that they gave him the paper back and they told him that both me and him had to be present during the whole paperwork. When I went back inside, I tried to explain to them the situation again and Chris was super rude. He did not listen. He continued to say over again that he was running the show. He did not listen to what I had to say. He kept cutting me off.. I told him that my daughter had peed herself and he said it wasn’t his problem that I can leave and go clean her and come back. I let him know that I lived 40 min away and it was my only time. And he continued to cut me off and not that it wasn’t his problem and that he was running the show.I had to go back to the car put on my daughter soiled pants and head back inside. When I went back inside, I let him know that before when I came to get my two kids passports. They were not present through the whole paperwork and that they were asked to be present towards the end and then he cut me off again and continue to state that he was in charge and nothing was going on behind his back. Chris is definitely a bad person to deal with he has a bad attitude. and once I got called back again, the lady Harjit who helped me had an attitude after the whole situation happened.
The other two ladies there I’ve dealt with are super nice can’t say the same for the rest.

Fast and painless process to file paperwork for passports for my wife and I. Jolie was great and patient with us and chris was nice to work with as well.

Came here for my wife's passport renewal. She was greeted with Chris. Nice guy! Very communicative, professional, and even offered water. Jojie was accurate and ensured all the paperwork and documentation was correct and looked for errors. She did not make my wife feel rushed out. She also communicated everything, including the length of wait for the new passport and when they may send back the original documents. Both Chris and Jojie were amazing. All the staff were smiling and the environment itself was just welcoming, unlike other postal offices we've been to. Highly recommend making your way here to avoid angry, bitter USPS employees. Their customer service is beyond excellent! Great job, French Camp USPS employees!

I have heard amazing things about this Post Office so I went this morning for my Passport. I went during walk in hours they were so kind and welcoming when I arrived with my 2 kids. Chris offered us water while we waited and brought my kids coloring pages and snacks. The line went quickly and they were so organized and efficient. I worked with Harjit for my passport documents and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was complete, she even made me new copies because mine were a little blurry and she was worried they wouldn’t accept them. My experience was great and I would definitely recommend them for all USPS or Passport services! :)

This USPS location is incredibly helpful and welcoming! Chris is absolutely the best — efficient, kind, and professional. Jojie is also super friendly and always ready to assist. We’ve been here twice for our passport needs, and each time has been a smooth, stress-free experience. It’s such a relief to come to a place like this and feel the positive atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We had a very smooth and pleasant experience with the passport process at the USPS French Camp location. They do not accept walk-ins after 9:30 AM, so if you're planning to go without an appointment, make sure to get there early. We arrived around 8:15 AM with our 10-month-old baby, and everything went smoothly.
The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating, which made the whole process so much easier especially with a little one in tow. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing passport services!

We live in Manteca and we went to this post office for passport renewal service and we met a Lady call Harjit and she helped us to complete our Passport application and Took our Pictures also and we feel so comfortable and so easy to understand and she speak English and Punjabi and Hindi also that’s really Big Help for us to understand everything I give her rating 10 out of 10 and Thanks Harjit we already got our New Passport in Mail thanks again 🙏

I've had consistently great experiences with the U.S. Postal Service in French Camp, CA. The staff (Harjit Kaur) is very friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is handled efficiently. Whether I'm sending packages, buying stamps, or just asking questions about mailing options, she is always courteous and knowledgeable.
I’ve also noticed that my mail and packages are delivered promptly and in excellent condition. It’s clear that Harjit Kaur takes pride in her work and truly cares about serving the local community. Thank you for working at the French Camp USPS location—you’re doing a fantastic job!
