This community is so peaceful and serene. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of life, but still close enough to the stores, and gas stations. Management is also very friendly!

Great little place to retire it’s truly nice, quiet and peaceful. The creek that runs along the back of the park has a beautiful walk way where you can walk down by the creek year round. Along the way there are some benches to stop and admire the beautiful nature. Danielle the park manager is quite lovely to talk with. She is making quite a difference in the park.

We are looking at buying a home in the park. The area is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful. It is just my wife and I and our two youngest daughters. Our other children are grown and we are going into our retirement years. We're looking for a quiet friendly place to call home for many years to come. From what we've seen and from talking with Rhonda, we believe we've found the perfect place for us. Barbara and Rhonda are both very personable and knowledgeable and very welcoming. Rhonda was the one to showed us the home and the property. She told us all about the community there, as well as things to do in the area. If you're considering moving or visiting Clear Creek Estates, I highly recommend it.Rory and Christine McGowan

What a beautiful mobile home community! Very well kept park and it looks like the tenants take pride in where they live. Homes and yards are well maintained. Great place to call home.
