Worst tow place, I left it there for 5 days for emergency reasons and he charged almost 800$, the car was also more damaged that it was after the accident. My car was damaged in the front but somehow the whole back of my car was damaged by this place. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I had to give up my car to this guy and he still charged 250$. Total rip-off.

AARP sent John from this towing company to tow my car. He was very courteous and went out of his way to park my car at the right spot. He called before arriving and got to my house promptly. This young man is an asset to his company. I really enjoy conversing with him during the ride.

I would not recommend anyone going to this place . I have got my car on a 30 day impound , i wanted to get my personal belongings and one of the guys told me I had to pay to get my personal belongings, and he still might not consider letting me get my personal belongings and my stuff I was trying to get was not attached to the car at all .I’ve also asked how much it will be to take it out after the 30 days and one guy said 2000 and the other day I went to check up on my car they have higher the price and said it will be 2200 after the 30 days. I had called the non emergency number to talk to to a traffic officer to let him know what’s going on and he said it was illegal for them to not let me get my personal belongings that were not attached to the car. So the traffic officer called this walts towing and told them to let me get my personal belongings and the officer gave me a call back to go get my personal belongings. As I went to follow the people at walts towing to my car I seen my hood cracked open .i have hood pins on my vehicle and those were off the car to open the hood that place is so unprofessional. Now I have idea what they were doing to my car or if they did something to my engine. They had no reason to open my hood at all . As I was leaving the guy told me see you in court ?

Called the phone number provided, was directed to his “driver.” I called the driver and asked if he can come tow my younger sisters vehicle that had died right off the Hwy exit on 41 and McKinley. The driver had the audacity to ask me how I got his number? I said “Your boss gave me your number.” He told me I’m going to have to call someone else. He won’t be able to come out until an hour later. I hung up. ??

The man was really cool, he let my friend get his tools and paperwork and is only charging 13.00 a day verses 75 or more

Whoever they have working there & answering phones was extremely rude. I explained I was in a dangerous area and needed a tow just a few miles to a tire shop. This man was unprofessional as can be and hung up in ky face when I was trying to explain that I need to have someone bring me my money but I still needed the tow. Never will I recommend this place to anyone!
