Overall it can be a convenient place but the workers as a whole aren't very hospitable and have a tendency to cop attitudes for no apparent reason or provocation. Otherwise, the place is satisfactory for last minute grabs especially in the middle of the night.

Those 2 guys working night shift on June 21 need to be fired asap I was waiting 20 minutes just standing trying to order 10 mini tacos but completely ignored me and rang up customers while I was waiting on side still trying to pay for the food I want but after 20 minutes I left and as I was leaving one of them made a rude and unprofessional remake towards me I know it's 7/11 but do better

Came in the other day to order a whole pizza, brought it to the counter and the man tells me he will give me the one already cooked??♀️ went in yesterday to get grapes for my little girl and there was some creamy mold on it. Took it back, looked at it from the outside with cashier, opened it, same thing, so I had to get a diff one. The lady cashier seemed irritated like she was upset I won't feed my daughter molded food. Crazy, but definitely won't be back. Trashy customer service.

The meanest clerk in the world. This old man. This is not the first encounter with him. This will be the last time I ever visit this store. He must be related to the owner. Great grand father. Poor excuse for a human being. Poor excuse for a man. Every encounter I’ve had with him has been him being rude for no reason. You have to pity him. He obviously hates his life and himself. I’m sure it has a lot to do with the fact that he’s in his 80’s working at 7-11 instead of enjoying his retirement. Poor old crusty evil scum.

Worst guy, Don’t know how to talk to costumers. Rude and racist, Trying to be boss on another employee while he was just trynna help us with good costumer service. He think he knows too much but no he is too slow and old worker. I pleased this old white man to wash the pizza cutter before cutting the veg pizza cuz I’m vegetarian but still he didn’t do that properly. Suggestion for owner - Find young and one who knows how to talk.

There was a young lady Hispanic lady working there today. She's charged to me $19 for a Styrofoam. I suggest then she charged me $5 for 2 cups of ice. I walked out paying $21 for ice and a $4 ice box. She was very rude and I know she pocketed my money. And I feel like the owner should know that she's charged me because I have my receipt too she was really rude cuz my girlfriend is hot and she was being rude due to jealousy

Worker at night would not sell me alcohol cause my sister didn't have her id. She wasn't even in the store and had just bought a beer an hour earlier. Don't go here if you want to be treated with respect

7-Eleven on McKinley the employers are usually nice. Good customer service store is usually clean. Not sure of anyone else experience @ this location but for myself I haven't had a bad experience.
