I deposited money on my debit card in another seven, and I decided today to go to this one because it was closer to me, and I told the cashier that I wanted to deposit and he simply told me that they did not provide that service when in the other stores they did. I think that cashier doesn't want to do his job, apart from the fact that he has a bad attitude, what an unpleasant experience. I hope they hire friendlier staff

Rude employees very judgemental off the bat I went in to buy a LOTTERY ticket and before I handed over my id the cashier said that I wasn’t old enough didn’t even bother to ask for my id actually I handed it to him and mention that I was in fact 21 I now go to the Valero on the other side they have better staff and treat you right so long as you’re a decent respectful human being

Every time I go in to put money on my chime card they always tell me n they can't do all the time n they say with attitude that's why I go to Walgreens now at least the service there n nicer n friendly not like 7/11 all rude n stubborn like it's not my fault u having a bad day n take it it on me worst 7/11 on Ashland and Blackstone

I'm actually outside in the parking lot at the 7-eleven at 1629 Ashlan Ave @310am May 31, 2023. I looked to find a convenience store because I wanted a Diet Coke (I woke up at 1220am this morning). I drove around a little and saw they were open. The door was unlocked and I went in. I was stopped at the door and told they were closed. I was like "aww man" and went back to the car. While sitting here I saw two women go to the register to pay for their items. I also saw on their website that it is 24 hours. So why was I told they were closed? ??♂️ Even after the women left he didn't lock the door. Just continued business as usual.

I typically go to get coffee in the morning and l like to add two ice cubes from the ice machine to the coffee so is not too hot so when l got the ice cubes a small cockroach came out with the ice cubes l told the worker about the ice machine and the cockroach wich he seem not to care about it and just said it's in the ice! I told him to clean it this a biohazard ☣️ l will file a complain to the environmental health department just to follow up on this incident.Please clean you ice machine!!

Gotta watch out for this place. I parked to get my haircut next door, he came out threatening me with a tow truck. I made a few calls. He's lying, this parking lot is for all the businesses here, not just 7/11. I'm filing a police report.
