Dear 7-Eleven Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of an employee named Raman
at your fresno store on 9 April approximately around 1 pm. During my visit, the employee was really unhelpful and her behaviour was really rude. As I was there not only did she talk rudely but also proceeded to say disrespectful stuff as I was just trying to get her help in doing my money order. As an costumer, I am really disappointed.
This behavior is really unacceptable and does not align with the customer service standards I expect from 7-Eleven.I hope you will address this issue appropriately to ensure a more pleasant experience for all customers.

I went to this store today to add funds on my debit card. I happen to know that there is a $1 fee. The cashier stated, if I wanted to add $20, I should have said $21. ? I initially said, I wanted to add $20. I included the $1 fee on the counter. She also, said, she puts exactly what the customer says. Meaning, she’s not mentioning the fee. This is ridiculous and should be unacceptable. I’ve added funds there before with no problem. Perhaps, she wasn’t having a good day. She was very rude and tried to humiliate me in front of the other customers. Like I was stupid for not saying $21. She could use some additional training in customer service. I will NOT be visiting again. No, I’m not trying to be petty but c’mon, be respectful towards people.
Update: My neighbor visited to perform a similar transaction and was treated the same way. Prior to my recent experience, everyone was very courteous and kind. I am a Customer Service Professional and her behavior would not be tolerated. This needs to be addressed.

As mid as it gets... Sometimes it's clean, often it's trashed. Usually out of one of the things you went in for. Staff are mostly cool, except when they aren't. Go to one of the ones on Gettysburg first if that's an option.

Funny guys ..the service is speedy and with a laugh and good vibes they have almost everything..good spot to recharge on the go on your trip around California and near savemark by car 5 minutes.Sam.

I bought some stuff here on Thursday November 17th 2022 at around 8:23 AM and the male employee that was at the front register was the best employee I have ever ran into 10/10 amazing service for a small convenience store

Walked into the store for some snacks. A customer ahead of me in line was giving the employee a hard time over things that he had no control over. He was very polite and in control of the situation. Once they left I asked for his name and he said it was Eugene. I'm very impressed with his customer service and his ability to deal with unreasonable customers. Will definitely go back to this location.
