I came in for 10 wings and would like to top ot off with other items in the store. ( I am a 7-11 clerk at a different location, it was my day off).The cashier denied to cook me the wings. I can assure you that there was no good reason why he couldn't cook them for the following reasons-I.) I was the only customer in the store.2.) The oven was on and not shut off. I informed the clerk that(at my 7-11) we cook all food customers requested, unless our oven is down for cleaning, because we have door dash and other online orders. I assumed that he was just lazy. I had to go to a different 7-11(Shaw and Marks) the man didn't spoke much english, and he was old. He was kind enough to cook me 15 wings. He saw that I was on my scooter,and offered a better bag to carry it in. I was so happy and felt that someone cared about me. I can't believe that this 7-11 down my street didn't serve me (3 min away from where I live). I had to scooter extra 15-20 min to get my hot wings at a different 7-11. If I am denied hot food, I wonder how many people he has denied before and after me in losing business.

The worker has no knowledge of anything, how do they even get hired?! Rude and uneducated about the store they work in. (Edited) 711, it is more then accurate. Don't act like you guys just don't hire anyone. The guy could barely speak English, you think he cares about the business?! Come up with a better training program and hiring process because alot of the stores have workers that are useless.

We parked legally in handicapped spot. This guy in the picture parked illegally where the white lines are. When we told the employee he said do u need to get out . I said if i needed to get out i cant because this guys parked illegally. When the employee talked to him the employee came back to me an said hes just parked their for a few mins while his wife or girlfriend in the store abd then he went into the store. The man stayed parked and started filming me so i took this picture i couldnt get a license plate. This happens alot at this store an mind u theirs only one handicapped spot. Yes i did file a report with corporate and will continue to do so whenever i see this. It happens alot and its not fair to those like me who are handicapped.

The owners and thier employees are very kind n polite thier store is clean and they are very welcoming n friendly. To me. This 7 11 store is my # one choice to go to in Fresno

They’re poorly established; will not carry out proper card processes/transactions, grill is not checked as listed in health code requirements, very unprofessional with customers. Avoid at all costs.
This location has been flagged and reported to both corporate 7-11 representatives and the health department.

I work in the area and come to this store almost every morning . Patty is super helpful and friendly , and is always keeping the store clean . I'm not sure of her name, but the blonde cashier from the mornings that works with her is also very helpful and brings great energy .

These workers are scammers. I bought two items. Purchased it with my debit card and the Indian young adult man said the transaction didn't go through. So I decided to pay cash instead. After that I went in my car and checked my account statement and what do you know I got charged for it already. That was the first time someone as ever said my transaction didn't go through, but what do you expect Indian people are known for scamming. ***Beware of scammers/fraudulent workers!***

The ATM charges you 3 dollars to withdraw then the store takes 2 dollars it don't show on receipt but it does on your bank statement so a total of 5 dollars to withdraw money don't do it here
