Air machine broken. We put money in and the employee could not refund the money because his manager said he couldn’t. We were told to come back in the morning. This store might go broke if they refund $3 and give good customer service. Keep the money you need it more than me obviously.

So my wife woke up in the middle of the night at 1 o’clock and was having a craving so she walked to the 7-Eleven because we live across the street from it. She went into the 7-Eleven purchased her stuff and after she got done, she came out and there was a man in a Red Jeep The man asked my wife for her number and she said no, so the guy kept pushing on her about getting her number and telling her he will give her some free stuff such as electronics or gift cards just for him to get her number so again she said no So she goes back in the store and asked guy who was working at the register if she can use his phone so she can call me her husband he said no He is on the phone with his family she asked again and said please can I use your phone? I don’t feel safe. I feel like I am being harassed and I feel like this guy is trying to do something to me so the guy at the registers again says no my wife tells him what if I needed the phone to call 911 then what, he didn’t respond. She said I am in fear for my life. Can I please use the phone and the employee just walk away so she waited till someone showed up she asked a customer if she can use the phone got a hold of me and I immediately get in my car and go over there by the time I get there the man was already gone and she was just so terrified. I can’t believe this happened. We go to that 7-Eleven every day that was just unprofessional and totally not Taken serious. Thank God nothing happened so just as I’m writing this post I’m letting you guys know. Be careful out there, especially woman.

I just left this place and I was pouring a cup of ice and seen slime inside the machine then low and behold there were about 30 cockroaches just having a grand ol time up in there I said dude u got mad bug problems they just chillin ? u should probably tell the owners then he said he'd take a picture and and tell them but judging by his reaction he already knew and kept charging me 2 dollars per cup of cockroach ice

If you shop here, I recommend you use cash only. My card number was stolen, and since I'd only used it at Winco and here, it was more than likely stolen here. My card was frozen, and I did receive a new card without losing any funds, but I still need to let people know.

This just might be the rudest staff of 711 I’ve ever encountered. Unfortunately they carry a product I use daily and they are the nearest 711. The regular employees are argumentative and rude. The female owner is INCREDIBLY unhelpful and rude. The only one that’s not a total j*** is the male owner. I may just have to drive the extra mile to a different 711 because I’m sick of catching an attitude every time I go there

I got a bag of 711 brand Funyuns and didn't notice it was half way opened util i got home i returned within five minutes with the full contents and the clerk refused to let me trade for a different bag in exchange. He said it was my problem

Jim lives in the bushes out front ?. ?It's the Ipa ? ? beers...They have a pretty great selection of;Hazy IpaDouble IpaAnd other various versions of tall boys and you get great discounts...The cashier is always really friendly and I appreciate her friendly positive attitude at checkout!!! The lady from seven eleven she was deeply rude with me she started getting mad at me when I didn't know what kind of cup should I get I told her that if I can get the right one she just took my cup all mad I didn't like how she was talking to me she needs to get fired..... They need get her fired she is a bad cashier she should talk to people all rude I hopely she gets fired she doesn't need to work at 7even she all rude to people someone was buying she started rushing him she like that's all you need

I went to this 7-eleven for the first time only to be disrespected by the young store employee. She gave me attitude and when I questioned her about it she rolled her eyes and told me to leave and never come back.. so I guess I'll take my business somewhere else. She was extremely rude and needs to be fired or re-trained
