I came here, because I was denied 10 hot wings at the 7-11 near my house. ( I too am a 7-11 clerk at a different location). The older Indian man helped me and offered to cook me the wings.He didn't seem to speak much english. He was busy cleaning the store and had a lot to do. He dropped everything and helped served me. I was so happy. Not only did he cooked me 15 wings. He offered to give me a better bag to put my wings in, because I was on my scooter. Thank You for your hard work. Thank You for treating me well. It was worth scoott

I enjoy the canela they offer to add in my coffee. They're shelves are usually full and you can still eat healthy with fresh fruit options. My only complaint is the pregnant tattooed lady in the morning was so rude. I don't know why you would be that way so early in the morning. The morning crew is usually nice but today isn't the day to mess with me.

There is a rude lady that work here and is always on her phone. She always has an attitude and honestly I feel she probably hate her self or her job or probably both. She creates a negative experience.

My husband was try to load his card with money and they cashier told him is this money real. I was like wow really. And we bought sodas and chips. We will not be shopping here agian

New establishment parking lot is still surrounded around homeless that continue to make a mess I think this might be a franchise because they do have a cash price and a credit price.. store was nice and neat bathrooms are clean

So I try to get my gas at 7-11 to use my rewards discount. But I noticed they have a cash price and a credit/debit price. I tried to go inside to pay cash & enter my rewards number, but I got charged the cash price without my rewards discount. So I went back inside & the girl couldn't explain to me why I didn't get my rewards discount. She told me I only get rewards if you pay outside, which means you dont get the rewards discount if you pay cash. Even when you use your atm debit card, they charge the credit price even though a debit card should be like paying cash. WHAT A HUSTLE THIS IS FOR 7-11 THIS IS SUCH A HUSTLE FOR THEM. IS THIS WHY THERE POPPING UP STORES WITH GAS NOW. I CAN'T BELIEVE A WORLDWIDE STORE CAN CHEAT THE HARD WORKING CITIZENS OUT OF THE REWARDS DISCOUNT WHICH IT FLASHES A MESSAGE ON THE GAS PUMPS 11 CENTS OFF PER GALLON WITH REWARDS. WHICH IS A LIE
THE DONT HAVE A SIGN OR NOTES ANYWHERE EXPLAINING HOW THERE CHEATING US OUT OF OUR REWARDS DISCOUNT I HOPE EVERYONE ASKED THERE 7-11 for their gas receipt and question their rewards discount because I was told, " it just the way it is"

I went in the store to specifically use the two slices and any size big gulp for $3 promo. I asked the person who is normally there alone in the morning if there was cheese pizza. She said no and that she was told to only make pepperoni in the morning. Without really trying to figure out what was going on, PB inserted herself and took over. It seems that she was unaware of the promo and definitely not what was going on. She told me they would honor it and to just give the pizza. I was confused so I went to get a cheese pizza. The other person explained and said I don't eat meat so they decided to make a half pizza. I went and got a drink. I showed the PB the promo and she said I had to get a cup with the red ribbon. I told her I didn't know that it mattered which cup because all of the cups say bug gulp. PB started to explain but I was over it and tuned out. The other person said she did the promo the other day. I needed to transfer money ao inwasnt ready to check out immediately. I don't like the way PB was talking to her coworker or me. She insisted that she be the one to check me out as if the coworker was going to do something wrong or as though the promo I was asking for didn't exist.This experience makes me not want to go back to this location and if I do definitely not at that time to ensure that I have no further interaction with PB and to ensure that I will be able to get the pizza that I actually eat.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to PB and Francine! They were extremely helpful as I was trying to put money on my card. I was having some trouble but they both made me feel so welcomed and not rushed. Best customer service! Definitely will be back due to their customer service alone ?? made my day a little brighter today
