The AAA Fresno Park Crossing Branch is a helpful and efficient business serving Northern California and surrounding states. It is part of the third-largest AAA Member club, offering roadside assistance, towing, and exclusive savings on insurance and car repairs. The branch provides various services, including TourBook® guides, TripTik® Travel Planners, attraction tickets, passport photos, and international driving permits. They also have on-site insurance agents, home security consultations, notary services, and some DMV services. Customers praise the friendly, professional staff for their quick and helpful service, often completing tasks in just a few minutes—faster than the DMV. For example, passport photos are taken and ready in about 12 minutes, and vehicle registration issues are resolved in under an hour. Some customers note minor regional differences in membership details but overall express satisfaction with the assistance received. The branch is considered a convenient one-stop shop for travel, registration, and other needs.
Excellent customer service. I was in and out for my registration and tags. I was greeted with kindness. Wait time was minimal.
