Always satisfied. I have only had great experiences with my local CSAA Fig Garden branch. Always welcoming (Dave Thomas) alongside agents who are knowledgeable with minimal wait time. Best place to get DMV Services. I walk in the door and the guy at reception asks my name them tells me to have a seat. Less than a minute later I'm called up to the counter and get my registration done and am headed out the door in less than 10 minutes. I have always had great service here.

Well this AAA was hilarious three workers said the other didn't know what they were doing all three of them forgot one thing on the paper it was so cute and funny I really enjoyed my experience people are nice and friendly it's nice and clean nice and cool and just overall it was nice I recommend it to anybody and if you want to go have lunch as soon as you get out of there you can go have lunch or go shopping there's plenty of stores there nice stores and restaurants overall we had fun I give it a five Stars

Switched from my previous insurance I'd been with for a few years as of last year since I had a great offer from AAA. I get my yearly renewal today and find out my yearly rate is going up over $1,200! I do not have any tickets or accidents. They fixed a chip in my windshield ONCE which cost them no more than $150, according to Safelight, even though I paid them over 12 times that in the year I had been with them. Patty takes a couple days to respond to you when you reach out to her. If I do not get answers soon, I'll be switching. I got quotes everywhere else for over a thousand dollars less yearly than I'm being offered here.

Not good customer service. Today I went to get insurance for my car and you spoke to me in a bad way because you had an accident a year ago, which is the only accident that has happened to me, and the way you dealt with it was disrespectful. A complete failed experience with them and I will never return to them. If there is less than a star, I will give it to them.

If you’re old enough to go with AARP go to AARP your just waste your money at AAA. I call I always get a voicemail amount of money that you guys pay is ridiculous for a call back 24 hours. I don’t wanna be playing phone tag. And they do lie about their rental cars.This is me responding to your reply unfortunately you cannot help me due to your lies. You said my car was gonna be fixed in five days. I would have a rental car. It’s gonna take two weeks and I don’t have a rental car and you guys haven’t replied to me yet. I do not work with liars next time I will sue you guys You only care about your own customers and saving a buck. You’re just better off taking the money or suing them sincerely David O 99
