Not good customer service. Today I went to get insurance for my car and you spoke to me in a bad way because you had an accident a year ago, which is the only accident that has happened to me, and the way you dealt with it was disrespectful. A complete failed experience with them and I will never return to them. If there is less than a star, I will give it to them.

If you’re old enough to go with AARP go to AARP your just waste your money at AAA. I call I always get a voicemail amount of money that you guys pay is ridiculous for a call back 24 hours. I don’t wanna be playing phone tag. And they do lie about their rental cars.This is me responding to your reply unfortunately you cannot help me due to your lies. You said my car was gonna be fixed in five days. I would have a rental car. It’s gonna take two weeks and I don’t have a rental car and you guys haven’t replied to me yet. I do not work with liars next time I will sue you guys You only care about your own customers and saving a buck. You’re just better off taking the money or suing them sincerely David O 99

WORST EXPERIENCE.......Arnold Fuentes, Employee ID# 507918 (Receipt # 144991) discriminated against me and my brother during our visit. He was very disrespectful to me and my brother during our AAA office visit today 12/6/23 at 4:50pm. He told me to get a smog certificate for a family transfer when it is not required in California then got upset when my brother misspelled his name on the car title, he threw the blank form at my brother and me and was very rude throughout the visit at the local AAA office. Arnold continues his discriminating actions by refusing to let my brother pay for the transfer fee when he was the new owner of the vehicle because of his ego and racism personality. Instead, he told me that I have to pay for his vehicle transfer fee. (This is unacceptable), which I end up paying for his transfer fee when I didn't even own the vehicle.I have contacted corporate, and customer supports several times, and nothing has been done about this and no response back from leadership. I want corporate and upper leadership to take disciplinary action toward Arnold Fuentes for these horrible customer experiences me and my brother got from him. This should not happen to anyone, and he shouldn't be working there with such poor customer service and discriminating against another race. I want leadership or upper management to take some action, or I will go on social media to spread this horrible experience to the world. The best experience I have ever had.I had used the DMV office to transfer a title and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable that when I had everything prepared me and the other party were in and out the office in 10 minutes or so.They are quick, knwlegable, courteous, and polite.

This is a fantastic branch with incredibly kind staff. I wish they were able to do Real ID then I would never need to go to the DMV again! They are super fast too.

Needed to come to AAA to renew my tags, and I have to say it was completely fast to get this done. Back in the day you would have to spend HOURS at the DMV, but with my AAA membership it was a delight to know I didn't have to wait in line for hours. The representative that helped me was very friendly and helpful. The location itself is super convenient, as well - I love Figarden Village! This is definitely my go-to place for all my tag renewals!

AAA won’t pay for hit and run! My daughters car was hit by a car in a parking lot. A cop was pursuing the car. It hit my daughter and drove off. The cop didn’t get the plate number.I pay for uninsured motorist. AAA says they will not pay a dime until I identify the HIT AND RUN driver! The cop could not identify the driver so how am I supposed to indentify the driver?I’m taking all of my insurance policies to a different company.
