So not only did they go above and beyond they were very polite about the fact that I was probably one of the most difficult customers that they've ever dealt with. Circumstances made it to where several problems arose when they were trying to get me the dryer into the car they were nice enough to actually take it out of the box and try several different ways of getting it in before it finally fit. Astounding service as far as I'm concerned, because they didn't have to do any of that and because I drove so far they understood. I would recommend any time

Spoke with Mike The store manager on Blackstone location. Mike is very rude unprofessional and does not deserve his job title In my opinion, Pete will be the better fit for the position. Mike asked me to send emails with pictures of merchandise that I received almost 3 months ago that’s Call severe pain in my back now due to the mattress and the bedframe That was ordered. A different size Mattress that does not fit the bed frame. I also asked Mike for information for their corporate office and he did not respond to me at all. Not an email and not over the phone. I played several phone calls to the office did not get through until someone else called for With me / for me. I feel that I was taking advantage of my disability, and hopefully not from my nationality. I did speak with corporate office and currently waiting on the phone call. I forgot to mention that Payments was requested and received before I receive merchandise That I ordered and yes, I do have documentation of Me being charged ahead of time and them requesting another payment Before receiving a replacement of merchandise.

Another disappointing review about Mike, who was appointed the store manager and should not be in my opinion. Disabled person I placed an order over the phone for specific items and do not receive items that I ordered. I spoke with Mike. He asked me to email photos that I had And that he would send someone out that following Wednesday and I did so, but he did not keep his word and send someone But no one came out to obsess the situation. He did not even respond to my emails. Advanced in several emails and asking for corporation information and he did not respond and this was over the course of a couple of weeks. Over this time. As I’m calling, no one is answering the store phone. So I started to feel like I was being taken advantage of because of my Situation and Disability. I finally did have someone call for me with me on the phone I did get through to speak with Mike And we discussed a time back someone will be able to go in for me and when My daughter arrived. She was told Michael was not there in store. When I spoke to Mike yesterday, he informed me he was there for some reason he refused to meet with my daughter. Now I’m wondering if it is not just because of my disability, but also because of my nationality And when I expressed this to Mike before I can even finish my sentence, he hung up on me. I should be Able to express how I Feel. I have multiple recordings of conversations with Mike and with other associates cooperating statements. I was on the phone with my daughter while she was there and I did ask for a 17 inch bed that I asked Mike for over the phone and the bed frame that I ordered For some odd reason, it states on the ordering form that I have that it’s a 14 inch mattress again And my daughter also adds for Mike to give me a call before she left and it’s been a week and he still did not call me. Someone else called Me too, schedule a delivery date with the wrong items again. It’s been three months Of me paying for I also said I did not Order. Is this even legal?

I use to work here, a lot was promised upon being hired, none of it was fulfilled. There’s so much I could say, but I’ll just leave it at this, the 3 years I worked there taught me some valuable lessons while with the company. I learned some things I didn’t know before, for those lessons I am grateful for. However, I learned one thing for sure, I will never purchase from a rent to own/lease company when it comes to furniture. If anyone were to see what I’ve seen on a lot of those returns or repos of product… disgusting! Anyways, “Do the math and you will choose A-A-rons!” ..actually no you won’t lol

Please don’t do business with this store by far the worse company not only is the store never available the ‘ general manager’ is absolutely the worse waited forever for a product i explained it wouldn’t fit so instead they waited weeks to order a different size after having the order set to 3 different stores to deal with it and the greatest thing was sending it to there regional manager Quintin lake who was too busy trying to play the card give us a break we need more time it’s crazy how they took money in seconds but when it came to giving you what you paid for a month wasn’t enough time so it’s easier for them to cancel your order making you wait instead of them doing there job my advice try a different company like rentacenter or mdg atleast you will get your products without waiting months for it

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was supposed to receive a refund of 118.96 voiding my contract for a washer/dryer unit in august from this store, and I still have not received it. Why is it so easy to take out the money, and so hard to refund me my money back?I went to the actual store requesting my refund. The "financial manager" had me send my bank statements to this sketchy email, showing that I had not received a refund, and yet I did not receive an email back, nor have i received this refund. So unprofessional. Is this business for real?Edit: thank you to the cooperate store manager Justin for ironing everything out. I really appreciate you. They need to give him a raise, he is single handedly restoring much needed order to business. Thank you!

Poor customer service, Management never returns calls, cannot get all parts to furniture, delivery drivers treat furniture like they are going to to dump! Called Corporate several times and couldn't get a response or replacement parts. Asked to have item picked up and have yet to have that accomplished! I do not recommend this furniture company to anyone and I will tell everyone about the poor customer service and lack of professionalism by management and staff!

First time there at Aaron’s on blackstone. I was approved online, made time to go in and look around get more info and possibly look foward to having something new for my new apartment. Never was approached or greeted. I had questions about the furniture and what my approval amount would be monthly etc etc. the guy was on the phone for about an hour. Then told me his associate was busy in the back so I’d have to wait for him. Very disappointing. I left after a hour and forty five minutes with little information. As I was leaving he mention most items are backed up for a month I wouldn’t recieve anything till delivery date sometime next month. I’ll never go back there again.
