Absolutely terrible customer service. I was supposed to receive a refund of 118.96 voiding my contract for a washer/dryer unit in august from this store, and I still have not received it. Why is it so easy to take out the money, and so hard to refund me my money back?I went to the actual store requesting my refund. The "financial manager" had me send my bank statements to this sketchy email, showing that I had not received a refund, and yet I did not receive an email back, nor have i received this refund. So unprofessional. Is this business for real?Edit: thank you to the cooperate store manager Justin for ironing everything out. I really appreciate you. They need to give him a raise, he is single handedly restoring much needed order to business. Thank you!

Poor customer service, Management never returns calls, cannot get all parts to furniture, delivery drivers treat furniture like they are going to to dump! Called Corporate several times and couldn't get a response or replacement parts. Asked to have item picked up and have yet to have that accomplished! I do not recommend this furniture company to anyone and I will tell everyone about the poor customer service and lack of professionalism by management and staff!

First time there at Aaron’s on blackstone. I was approved online, made time to go in and look around get more info and possibly look foward to having something new for my new apartment. Never was approached or greeted. I had questions about the furniture and what my approval amount would be monthly etc etc. the guy was on the phone for about an hour. Then told me his associate was busy in the back so I’d have to wait for him. Very disappointing. I left after a hour and forty five minutes with little information. As I was leaving he mention most items are backed up for a month I wouldn’t recieve anything till delivery date sometime next month. I’ll never go back there again.

Had the best washer buying experience, the salesman Peete was very knowledgeable and made the process quick, he listened to everything I was looking for and helped me find several options. He was pleasant and easy to talk to. Would do business with Peete and this store again.

Wow! What a joke of a business you take money and can't give back refunds for no show products and can't get a time frame of said refund just empty promises from a very rude MANAGER!!! a one star was one to many

The staff at the Blackstone Fresno store were pleasant however attention to detail was neglected which resulted in a wait time of 1 week 4 days for a product that will not be delivered because I am out of the service area. ( It happens) Apparently my address is too far out to send someone to service my product should the need arise. Good news is I made a complaint and a return call was made by the Division Manager ( in a timely manner I might add) who says her team dropped the ball and will deal with that issue, yet they still will not deliver product to me. Ok I cannot control that however there is a level of expectation when conduction business. Its just crazy that at no time did anyone from the store, not even the division manager/franchise owner conduct the minimum standard of delivery due diligence and find out just how far out my delivery location was. Nobody looked it up they just went off the description that I gave them of what route to take to get to my house. If they had really looked, they would have seen that I am 24 miles away from their store. Its just upsetting for me to experience incompetence at this many levels in a business the division management/ franchise owner hung up on me because our conversation was no longer productive. The reality that I perceived comes down to, she did not know how to deal with a disgruntled person yes I was upset but never cursed at her never yelled at her I matched my tone to hers, stated the obvious and reiterated what she had told me. I know communication is and not for everyone but to hang up on a customer is not professional. I am glad that the calls are recorded for training and educational purposes hopefully my interaction with management today will be listened to there is always room for improvement myself included. My sincerest apologies to the Fresno Area Division Manger/ franchise owner I spoke with today, my intention was definitely not to upset you and lead you to unprofessional behavior. I just wanted my product and answers even if the answers given I didn't want to hear. I just wanted to work with someone to conduct commerce. The end result; they will cancel my contract refund my money in 3-4 business days.

If I can give no stars I would. Today I called and I spoke with some lady and apparently I’m not able to co sign but when i called a few days ago a man answered and didn’t tell me anything about co sign and I told him specifically my mom is helping me. they asked either my mom or both of us go in and talk to the general manager. So I told my mom to go in since most of it was in her name and the general manager came out and told my mom nope I need to see your rental agreement for the place where sending this product to and my mom doesn’t live with me so the manager said no I can’t help you and started yelling at my mom in front of my niece and some black lady walked out and asked if everything was okay. The general manager here should not have this job if she’s going to be rude like this no wonder the store is always empty. Don’t go here !!! go to rent a center they are very friendly. This is coming from someone who never leaves reviews but I had to because she’s very rude

It was the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten. No one greeted us know when I asked if we need to help no one even acknowledged us, and I was around the whole store with my disabled mother and no one helped or attempted to offer any service to us

I Would Not Even Add 1 Star In Order To Put A Review I Have To Anyways Do Not Order From Here Orders Are Ridiculous And Communication Is Horrible Ordered A Bedroom Set Over 2 Weeks Ago Was Told Suppose To Come In Yesterday 02/17/2023 No One Called To Update Me On Status Of Order So I Called The Store Isabel Put Me On Hold Right Away I Waited 20 Minutes On Hold She Never Came Back On Phone I Hung Up Called Them Back She Answered Right Away Advised She Had Me On Hold For 20 Minutes Said Truck Was Coming In Today From 4pm -5pm They Will Call Me Back That Evening or Next Day For Deliver Date No One Called Me Back I called Back Today Spoke With Jules Guess What My Order Was Not On The Truck And There Not Sure If Its On The Next Truck For Friday 2/24/2023 I Will Need To Wait And See Once They Unload The Truck To See If It Came In How Does A Company Not Know What Orders Are On The Trucks! I Also Asked Is There Any Other New Bedroom Sets In Stock I Can Get She Said No Only Pre Used Is Available I Do Not Want A Set That Is All Scratched Up And Dirty And Pay Double For Used Stuff. So If You Need To Order Furniture In Store You Will Not Know When It Is Coming In And No One Will Keep You Updated. I Feel They Need To Be More Organized And Get Tracking On Orders Instead Of Having Us Customers Playing The Guessing And Waiting Game Customers Should Not Have To Wait For Trucks To Come In To See If Our Order Came In. Maybe Online Is More Convenient I Had No Issues With My Washer And Dryer I Ordered Online It Came In When Said And Delivered When Said. I Think The Issue Is The Store How They Order Stuff . Reason I went In Store Is To See Material of The Set And Mattress. Very Disappointed

I haven’t even gotten my equipment yet and I already want to cancel my order. I went in store for a washer and dryer Monday 1/16/2023. They took my money that day, told me that I would be receiving my items by the following Tuesday and they would call me Friday to confirm. Didn’t get a call Friday, so I called them Saturday. Apparently only the sales people have sales info, so no one could tell me anything. Sunday, 1/22/2023, I start receiving emails that I have a renewal payment coming up…yet I don’t even have my equipment yet!! I call them when they openMonday morning. They tell me that my lease was never started and that I’m receiving bills because my payment wasn’t applied to my lease. How am I receiving bills, if my lease hasn’t started? No one could explain that to me. Why was my money taken, yet my lease wasn’t started? Once again, no one could explain that to me. And apparently the person who took my money was the “sales manager” but she is on vacation, so she can’t explain her error. I was told that I would receive my equipment today, 1/26/2023, between 11am and 4pm. I called them at 2 pm to make sure I was still getting my delivery today. She then tells me that my delivery is 4pm to 9pm! Wth! If it’s not one thing, it’s another with these people! They don’t keep their word nor do their job properly. I’m paying off this washer ASAP so I don’t ever have to deal with their careless, lazy employees again.

Overcharges people. The money I used for the first 90 days does not apply to after the 90 days. They took my money and expecting me to pay over that. I had got the floor models and they still want too much, my last time getting anything from Aaron’s.

Micky is awesome she's the only good thing about that store my husband and I have been going through Aaron's for 10 years Anthony always treated us like gold star customers going above and beyond to help make our experience less stressful. We are so sad he's gone now cause the new manager (Taylor) makes our rental experience so stressful! We are no longer happy at aarons and we now are thinking of transferring to another store. Anthony made that store he had awards and other store begging for his help and now just non helpful people at that store. I hate to say this but after we pay our stuff off we're no longer gonna be with aarons 10 years of rental experience gone.
