My bestie has the most beautiful skin. Absolutely luminous! She credits Natalie at Amenities so I booked an appointment online. Unfortunately, due to some skin sensitivity issues from a medication I'm on my Dr suggested I avoid treatments. My review is based on my friend's gorgeous skin and also how I was treated when I had to cancel. There was a slight misunderstanding but the salon took care of it immediately and was so nice about it! This speaks volumes to me. If this is how I'm treated without even being seen then that just affirms the well deserved high praise my friend espouses. I hope to have this medical issue resolved some day soon so I can have the same beautiful skin as my bestie!

All staff were friendly and welcoming. Chris made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend the chakra massage with Chris. I will definitely be going back.

I love Monica. She has always done my pedicures perfectly. However I wonder why the tubs no longer have jets that work? Or maybe have you thought of getting the massage chairs with jet tubs? Those would be great.

Today I had my first massage and it was with Gabriella. When I walked in the staff greeted me immediately and was very friendly. They asked if I wanted a neck wrap and something to drink.
I was then escorted to a calming waiting area until my appointment. Gabriella greeted me with a smile and escorted me to her room.
The massage was beyond anything I could have imagined. Gabriella did her magic and my stress melted away. I appreciate her concern regarding my comfort level being it was my first time. She is simply amazing!
I can't wait to book another appointment!

I have been looking for a hair salon for a while. After much searching, I settled on Amenities. I admit that I get nervous in new situations. The first time I called to book an appointment, I was greeted sincerely and left the conversation feeling comfortable. Walking through the door I was offered tea and a warm towel for my neck, and seated in a comfortable waiting area.
My stylist- Stephanie was kind and listened to my concerns. She did an amazing job!
Taking my terribly grown out haircut and transforming it into a modern, cute haircut. Just watching her its obivious she knows what she is doing.
No hard sell. Just nice people and a great place.

I go in to see Jocelyn K. because my family has curly hair and she’s remarkable with this style. Me and my baby love our new looks!
I love the way I’m always greeted at Amenities with a warm welcome and a drink. Hot tea or cool water, you’ll be relaxed as soon as you walk through the door.

I'm on a journey of finding myself. Today 3/26/2024 I decided I wanted to cut my hair short. I searched for "hair salon near me" and chose the first one with the most stars and reviews, it did not disappoint. When I tell you destiny made this happen I mean it. I walked in as a walk in and yang was just finishing up on his client and he had no one else after that appointment during the time I came in. I got so lucky I had no wait time. I would've liked to enjoy the hot compress on my shoulders a bit more that was nice to have after a stressful week. The iced tea was perfect not too sweet and had a lovely taste. When I sat in the chair we went over what I wanted. I told him how short I wanted my hair and asked him if he could accentuate it to my face, he had the vision. I then got a wash, hair treatment and amazing head massage. He took me back to the styling chair blew dried and straightend my hair, then he made the finishing touches. He even had me look for any flaws I may have noticed and he adjusted it to my liking. I could not stop smiling he made me feel like a whole new person because peoples when I tell you Yang worked his MAGIC I mean seriously. Ask for Yang!!

My Haircut and Blowdry with Jocelyn K. exceeded my expectations. I tried a new style and a new stylist. Communication with Jocelyn was refreshing. I was not made to feel difficult because my hair can be uncooperative. I was not made to feel expired because I’m older and my hair is thinning (although the stylist next to us was inappropriate as well as her client). I was, however, encouraged to discuss the difference between what I technically wanted and how I emotionally wanted to connect with the cut. Jocelyn summarized the plan before executing the cut. This made me feel heard. This is the difference between “the person that cuts my hair” and “I recommend Jocelyn, my stylist.” I feel younger. Not because I think I look younger, but because I enjoy experimenting with my hair products again. My hair styles feel less like a job and more like an opportunity. This 48yr Cougar has a little more bounce in her pounce. ?
