Rude and unprofessinal employees, i purchased items from this store and they didnt let me use the restroom claiming “they didnt know where the key was”. Both employees i had an interaction with did not help me at all they acted like i was bothering them.

Traveling from San Diego decided to look for an ampm to fuel up and restroom break, since all ampm have restrooms, after fueling up they refused to let my family and my self use the restroom, speech less will file a complain with California Department of Food and Agriculture's Division of Measurement Standards (DMS). This is because of the Restroom Access Act, when we get back home

I cannot believe what I have experience today 04/23/24 one of the employees is a crook at this station. So I happened to stop by to fuel up my truck I gave the cashier guy that had a tattoo with ear ring who wore glasses 100 dollars bills and told him 100 dollars on number 7. He asked me 30 on number 7 and I says "NO" and repeat again 100 dollars on number 7. As I was filling up my truck it came up to only 20 dollars and I went inside to ask why 20 dollars when I stated 100 dollars so I asked for the 80 dollars refund which he pocket it which he didn't admit that he took it, even his co worker was honest and told him to refund but he gave his co worker a dirty look saying " If you want to keep your job then I suggest you shut up."

Crunch ice not working again... when I asked cashier she says it never works at this location. AM/PM owners, if you're reading this, KEEP YOUR CRUNCH ICE MACHINES WORKING! I'm not the only ones that go out of their way to get this ice. Oh... and restrooms closed. People also go to your locations for restrooms!

Used the carwash here.. NO BUENO guys. My car has hella streaks and soap residue.Tried drying with a towel and it got worse. After going back inside to talk with the staff they stood staring at me and said nothing.

This place is ok but the have a security guard with tattoos all over his face my dad is 70 yr old when he pumps gas he likes to look for recyclables in the trash bins and that security guard run up behind him yelling to get out of the trash almost gave my dad a heart attack I called to he company the security guard works for and they said the owner of ampm told them to do this seems like ampm hires the cheapest security they can and my poor dad still goes for his gas but asks me to go along in case that security guard is there
