I want to specifically thank Cody because if it weren't for them I would not have walked out as happy as I did. I was about to leave with no solution as someone else basically said bye to me in 5 minutes, but Cody appeared like an angel and made it possible to get the new phone. More than anyone, Cody is the best in the store!!!!

This place is terrible. So many staff just walking around and not helping. When we finally got someone to help they pushed us over to another. Also, they gave us wrong information. One rep said they price match then another said no. Not going back.

I booked an appointment at 2:45 pm and I didn’t officially get help until 3:20. There were 2-3 workers helping one customer. What does that customer need that there should be 2-3 workers helping? Not even the worst part. I came back to them saying that they messed my phone up. I don’t care that i’m getting a new phone out of this. you have the responsibility of fixing my phone without messing it up and you can’t even do that. the audacity of the worker that said at least you get a new phone. should i be happy about that? no I’m not. I trusted you guys to fix my phone. I hope you take this inconsideration and fix your system. I would give you a two star but I don’t feel like it.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Dylan at the Apple Store in Fresno for his absolutely outstanding customer service! He went above and beyond to help my husband with his laptop, showing incredible patience, knowledge, and genuine care throughout the entire process.
It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with this level of kindness and professionalism. Dylan made the experience smooth, stress-free, and truly pleasant from start to finish.
There need to be more employees like Dylan at Apple — people who go the extra mile and make every customer feel valued and supported. Thank you, Dylan, for your amazing help and for setting the bar so high for exceptional service! 👏🍎

Extremely disappointing experience at this Apple Store.
I went in to get help with a glitching and overheating phone, but the staff were dismissive and rude from the beginning. While I was explaining the issue, one of the employees unlocked my phone without asking for any permission and started going through it, which was completely unacceptable and invasive.
Instead of listening and trying to help, they told me they wouldn’t even look at the problem unless I first fixed a screen crack — even though the issue had nothing to do with the display. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I expected professionalism from Apple, but this visit was the opposite.

I was standing for 30 minutes waiting for somebody to help me meanwhile, these people a family of three American people got asked four times if they needed anything from Different employees. I can’t believe how people are racist, so tentative to the white skin. I mean! I’m not dark skin. I’m very light but I’m Mexican. I am an American citizen, but I got treated like if I was nothing at the store for 30 minutes! I spoke to the manager because she was one of the employees that had asked the three people if they needed help for the fourth time. I wanted to purchase earbuds, case and an iPad. I got so sick to my stomach that I had to leave! They need to train their management and employees! That the color of your skin does not determine if you have money.

Wrothless products of charging cables they said to call morphie to get customer support I was told I can get a replacement from Apple now am not buying no more cables from them directly through the company I called morphie now and it’s saying system failure can’t help at this time false claims and promise of good products and they said they should connect with me really fast yeah fast hangout now I have to go out of my way and Miss work this is work liability loses thanks a lot for wasting my time Apple Store. Not reliable at all. I don’t recommend it. Not shopping here for a while unless they can improve their business quality and reinsurance’s of their products they sale

Worst experience at this Apple Store. “Erin”offered zero help with setting up my new phone and seemed uninterested in assisting. Not even a bag was given for the phone. Completely unprofessional.

Made an appointment to pick up an Iphone, showed up and there was a long line. I assumed it was for walk-ins but I was told to get in line (1-2hr wait maybe more). What was the point of the appointment? and I asked to reschedule and the lady said I couldn’t. Wasted my time and now I have to go back again…with no appointment.
