I went in a few minutes before the store closed, and was told by the manager at the door who said it was too late for his sales personnel to help me, I then let him knowI knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to pay, he said for me to come backThe next day. Told him that I live an hour away, and it’s not that easy for me to get there by the time they close, he then shrugged his shoulders basically refusing to help me. I saw 4 employees being wallflowers just looking around, I felt like they did not want to help me and even slightly discriminated against. I had much higher expectations, as I have bought all of laptops and phones Through Apple and have never had a negative experience at this location.

The issue was with the manager at Fresno Fashion Fair store . He was rude to several clients . But not giving helpful advice and making clients feel unimportant. When my daughter had an appointment at 3:15 he brushed her off and said he can’t help her and is cancelling the appointment. I called support and even though they tried to address the issue they wouldn’t or contact the store with the incident. The manager as he claims he was needs to be retrained on customer service . I’ve been to Apple numerous times and never had this experience from their staff . The manager on duty is an embarrassment to your establishment. The appointment was on 2/20/24 .

I did a walk in and was put on a list to be back in 30-35 mins. Then I come back and check in again an was told to seat at a table in front of the genius bar an waited 15 mins there before I asked a employee when I would be helped I was told it would be when a tech can get to me which could be 10-15 more mins. After 15 mins no one showed so I asked another employee if I was really checked in and found out they put me at the wrong table an I sure be at the genius bar. After waiting another 5 mins a tech employee comes over an ask how they can help. I explained the problem and that I needed the iPhone check and if they find any malware or virus to remove them . I was then told that virus and mallard CAN'T BE REMOVED. All they can do is put the phone back to factory reset. So here is my opinion on this Apple store location why go to them if they are going to tell you to do a factory hard reset and you could possibly lose all your stuff. If other service place like geek squad and computer service place can remove virus and mallard from computers, laptops why can't they do the same to a phone . An 80% of the employees were standing around talking with other employees an not helping customers. It seemed to me it was more of a hangout place then a business.

Worst customer service from a reputed company. Walk-in Appointment system is a mess! Information regarding the phone replacement or return is so inconsistent among the employees. Manager is no help at all. And iphone 15 pro is vulnerable, don't buy.....this company is so rich and arrogant, does not care about its customer at all! I am done with Apple!!!!

I am sorely, disappointed and frustrated with Apple fashion fair. I bought an apple phone about a month ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. It does not work properly maybe half the people that I try to speak with can hear me in the other half cannot, unless I’m moving, then it drops to about 25% of the people can hear me and the other half or not cannot. It’s very choppy and just shuts off and then comes back on seemingly at will I have had to make 1150 mile round trips to the Apple fashion fair store to no avail. The last time my phone was shipped to Sacramento and I got a loaner phone that worked perfectly and when my cell phone came back from Sacramento, they said they had fixed it. Obviously they had not. It still does exactly the same thing. They also said that they did not fix it but rather replaced it completely with the new phone. Unfortunately my “”new phone has a Facebook account under the name of David Aguirre I do not know anyone named David Airi and obviously it’s not a new phone the manager whose name I think might be Ivan or Igor or something like that was also quite rude. When I was in there, he seemed annoyed that I was bothering him was such an issue, I also spent five hours on the phone with Apple trying to get this resolved again all those round trips to the Apple in Fresno add up to five or 600 miles I put on my car and time wasted not to mention gas. Why Apple refuses to just give me a new phone and be over and done with this I will never know, I think they are trying to wake me out so that my new phone coverage will no longer be in effect. Again very disappointed that a professional fortune 500 company like Apple would behave in this manner very poor customer service the majority of the employees that I actually dealt with in the store were quite nice but applesmanagers, and practice business practices are sorely lacking. I would not do business with them again.

We went in with a simple question about an old device we haven't been able to restore so we could dispose of it, but no one would answer our question without an appointment. I would have just given them the phone with assurances my data would be deleted, but the only guy who would talk to us couldn't do it without making an appointment for someone else to help us. It is so frustrating! Apple's service seems to always be so abysmal; it's worth whatever we have to do to avoid them.

Came here to pick up an iPad I ordered online stood at the order pick up standing for 20 minutes no worker bothered to tell me they will help me shortly Instead just stared at me. Waited for someone to help me another gentleman came and stood there also to buy a phone it wasn’t until he shouted to a worker passing by if someone was going to help us and a male worker did stop to answer our questions. The worker took the information from my online order and then said “you cant pick it up because your contact information changed” I asked why and he said “I don’t know contact apple support it could be because your payment got declined or you changed the name of the person who was going to pick it up.” humiliated me infront of everyone. And i contacted apple support and told me that wasn’t true and did a better job at resolving the problem than the workers at apple.
