You Broke a written contract agreement per paper work I signed instead of what I authorized on the paper work you sent a differnt machine then what was requested by my Dr for my Medical condition I have you are not a Dr. But a Medical Equipment suppliers. You still haven't responded to this event , your service is terrible and you Managers are ruled would not recommend any Kaiser patient to order from you

Couldn’t explain difference in what I was billed and invoice. Said they’d notify me before delivery and then sent me email 22hrs after it was delivered and had sat on porch.

The phone service appointment and 'In Person' appointment were TERRIBLE. Phone representative was ill-equipped, not knowledgeable, did not listen to my requests, spoke over me and was ZERO help. I requested an in-person appointment. She gave me a number to call; wrongnumber. They gave me another number to call; again, a wrong number. They gave me a third number to call.... You guessed it, wrong number. I was finally able to track down the number myself. I went for my appointment. The Respiratory Therapist (I use the term loosly) was only interested in 'selling' me a new machine from a different vendor. Told me, REAPETEDLY, since I was now on Medicare, I could get a new one. I just needed to call my doctor and tell them this one doesn't work well and I need a new one. I informed him I had been at her office 4 days prior, with my machine, and everything was fine. He would not help me order all the parts I needed for my existing machine. Told me he would have to look them up online, so I could just do that. He sent me with a mask that doesn't fit or work properly. I haven't slept in the 4 days since I left their office. This is only a part of my unfortunate experience with them. If given ANY opportunity to do business elsewhere, you should.

My first order, and they handled everything for me. My only complaint is that I am not able to create an online account UNTIL I place my first re-order. I was not able to track my ordering process. Nor am I able to track when I will be able to re-order my supplies.

This company is the worst to deal with, my Son Needs his Oxygen 24/7 but has to fight every month to get it with the billing department and they are very negative and will not listen, he has a RX and Certification of Medical Necessity Form from his Doctor, but yet still has to call this company every month. This is just very sad that this company does this to people who rely on their services? Or lack of their services

They say they don't call anyone to give a time frame to deliver. They just show up and if you are not home, good luck! They sure take your payment fast.

I have had an account for my husband that had to have oxygen and they are very good to deal with. I now will be trying a sleep Apnea machine for myself.

Contacted them stating that I would be willing to wait until the Airsense 11 was available for my new CPAP machine under Kaiser Medicare. The responded, you get what you get, and sent an Airsense 10. My wife got an Airsense 11 under the same plan. This is NOT customer service.

30 minutes of music before operator answered. Poor service. On second machine and it just broke. No written INSTRUCTIONS had to research on line. Only service on Wed in our area. On phone again now. Waiting. Back up tank almost empty. Horrible.

I don’t understand why anyone would want to do business with this place. I scheduled a pickup time for 8 am got there spoke to someone who stated they would bring my order out to my car 8:30 came nothing happened I called again once again told they would bring my order out nothing called again now at 9 am spoke to a 3rd person who stated she had no idea about my order and that I was waiting waited for more than 1 hour to get my order.

Items showed up the next day from when ordered. Delivered to house no problems. Had a defective unit and returned it, broughtout replacement without supplies and can't use it. Now want me to call their different offices to get paper work to show I don't have the unit. Will not use this company for anything. Hope others learn from my problems

Two problems: first I told rep I would be on vacation for another week and she offered to delay order until March 30, which I accepted. She failed to do that, it arrived on my front porch yesterday.2nd problem is that Apria is sending me paperwork for my copay, but as far as I can tell, it mentions the California law allowing me to opt out of marketing however does not provide a link for me to complete that step.
