How on earth is it possible for a relatively new arco to have half of their pumps be broken? On top of that they’re finicky and outdated. Don’t waste your time I guarantee you the first three pumps you go to will be out of order.

Customer service is fine, clean store but it also stinks. It smells like dust like from a vacuum or a litter box.

Love getting my energy drinks here. Gave a 4 star because sometimes their deals on energy drinks don't work for the new ones that come out which doesn't make sense (their 3 for $6 didn't work so I was charged about $11~ for the three all because one didn't apply the discount). Otherwise, they've got a nice selection.

I have lived in the area for 3 years and at first they refused to fix 1 pump for over 2 years now there’s multiple pumps that don’t accept card because they are too cheap to fix it. It’s been years and they haven’t done anything.

Lately when I have gone into the store it reeks of cat pee and cigars. Im not sure if its legal to be smoking in facilities, but someone is definitely smoking in their. Also, the smell of the cat pee makes me wonder how clean the store actually is.

Honestly every time I have gone in here it’s been a very mixed experience. The workers have been kind of rude and it’s not somehwere youd wanna spend a long time at. Very busy from my experience

This cashier (male) that wears a hat sometimes not only has a bad attitude but I had seen him smoking right in front of me and I was like wow really and the store smells really bad like cigarettes.. my daughter is pregnant and has asthma how safe is this store ?????
