Truth be told
I've never met people this kind in a Arco. They are personal n very friendly. This is more then a business, it's the business. Polite clean, friendly and fair on all levels.

Went to buy milk rude and lying clerk said they didn't have any. So I walked to find another store. None went back ask for cupcakes he said Go away were closed. As I walked away he served another customer so I confronted him called me name and flipped me off.
He should be fired for his behavior is this who u want representing Arco?

This place is known to rip off hard working people!! I'll tell anyone who is willing to listen to NOT patronize this establishment. I'd rather pay a money hungry Shell station than these guys! ZERO customer service!

My boyfriend went in after a busy shift at the school in which he works and payed $10 for gas to which the cashier verbally confirmed their understanding. Boyfriend goes out and puts the pump into the car and the machine indicates it’s dispensing the $10 of gas with no noticeable issue. Boyfriend gets in and drives almost a mile without the gas dial moving up to account for ANY new gas(which it would have if the machine EVER actually dispensed anything). Keep in mind he only even had the $10 on him for the gas, so when he got their and explained his situation you might expect a BIT of understanding from the dude at the counter who just took $10 from someone for a product they didn’t get that almost stranded them. The helpless man-child working as cashier threw his shoulders up and said,” there’s nothing I can do, I just work here.”
He then proceeds to act like he doesn’t have a phone or a mouth while refusing to give him a number to call to report to and proceeds to tell him that he’ll have to come in to get a refund directly from the manager in person at 6:00 A.M. tomorrow morning. It’s just SOOO crazy… because at ANY OTHER STATION, it’s up to the person working the front cash register wether they WANT to call the manager to clear a refund. I’d just recommend actively avoiding getting gas at such a location that is so bold in taking advantage of vulnerable customers if you, like us, have been hit financially by California’s exceedingly high grocery, housing, and overall living costs. There’s a million gas stations that see pump errors all the time but actually know how to correct them, that we and everyone we can and will be notifying, will be giving our business to in the future.

DONT PUT GAS HERE. went to put gas, no gas was put in my car. When I went to tell the attendant, he just told me he just works here and there's nothing he can do about it. When I asked for any numbers to report the issue he refused and just told me the owner comes in at 6am the next morning.
