Getting gas and the person at the register wound not take my 100$ bill. She said it’s real but there a machine that it need to approve it and the machine is kicking it out because of some marking. The person need manager approved. No manager there of course. What kind of policy is this.

Felt ran around at that place...and don't forget, the gasoline at all Arcos destroys cars and other automobiles maybe they fixed that but never have i heard otherwise

I usually dont complain about any business but in order for me to give a terrible review of this place i had to give 1 star!!! I went into this store to purchase some items includong a beer!! I forgot my wallet in the car to show my ID which is a valid California non expired ID and when i went back into the store the woman at the register refuaed to sell me any of the items. I hate to say this was such an embarrassing and highly racist situation!! Its such a shame to feel this way in a country where i have lived all my life!!! I am a US citizen and this was uncessary and cruel!!! I guess this place is convenient for many since it is right by the airport but if you can please avoid this place and give business to someone that actually respects people!!!

On more than one occasion the cashiers has been rude and overcharges for things. Double check your receipts. I've not had this issue at other ampm's. Just this one.

Pumps are dirty, machines always out of printer paper for receipts.

The service at this location and the condition of the pumps has deteriorated drastically in the past 6-12 months. Out of 12 pumps that they have available. Half of them have keypads that are damaged to the point you can't use them and have to go inside to pay. Many of the others often have software errors that prevent them from being used at all or are taped off. A lot of this seems to coincide with when Amazon moved in next door and started giving the location constant business. It's an easy assumption that with the money Amazon bricks in, there's no longer a need to provide the service they should on the pumps. It's unfortunate because it is one of the cheapest places to get gas in the area. The Amazon trucks also create a queue and backup that never used to exist. For me, it's no longer worth the time or energy to deal with this station.Edit: PR nothingness, Arco. Not my job to post to a bunch of socials for you. Just audit your locations? Photos added.
