I had nothing but issues with AT&T from the time I moved to Fresno, seems to always go out when the weather gets warmer (May - June) , they've changed my router 4 times in 4 years and charged me $100 for one of those time and NEVER paid me back for it as they stated they would. THIS IS THE WORST EVER BIG BUSINESS SCAM. Hope this reaches a lot of people to change their service to anything else (which is better). Tried to be loyal , but you can't get through by phone and online is automated as well. I would have gave negative start if I could. Over priced and under service is what AT&T provides. Took me 4 days to finally get a disconnect date set up. GOOD RIDDENS. OMG ITS DOWN AGAIN AS I TRY TO POST THIS

Since I have been a customer since 2000. We have never had a problem. I live on a farm we have dogs for security. They have serviced us up until this year. When I tried to have two more tv installed they wanted my dogs locked up not just separated from the tech. I guess I have to call Dish or stream to my Guest house. I will start dropping AT&T soon I wish I could give them a negative star rating they said they were coming to install twice

Would love to give zero stars. We've had AT&T forever. We've always had issues with wifi being bad and unplugging and plugging back in usually helped. Well after doing this for years the service stops working. Downloads are kb/s compared to having MB/s you have to commit to calling once a month to having the wifi work well. Apparently they can reset it in a special way and clear up the line. I.E. they open the service and adjust how much speed they let through. Their known to throttle everyone's download speeds. Calling gets you a service rep from another country(Last two times were Phillipines) they magically reset it and it works for a month and then same issue. Already looking into alternative internet places because this internet is the worst I've ever experienced. Definitely looking into alternatives from 300kb/s max download

Garbage service with garbage customer service. If any normal person failed to provide the services that they are getting paid for theyd be sued and out of business but these turds just get away with theft somehow. They will try and push you to use their app for the speed test. It always magically has a higher rate on their app and conveniently "doesn't work" when the internet is low af.

After my ATT Uverse contract was up, ATT jacked up my bill by $100. Like clockwork, they tried to rip me off without telling me what was happening. Like an idiot, I inquired about ATT TV. I was told I'd get all the desirable channels I had with Uverse, like Bay Area Sports, Science HD, etc etc. Bundled with the a 1 GBPS internet, just under $100 a month. Sounded good at the time.TV (streaming)I was connected to the pathetic channel selection in the lowest tier (65+). No Bay Area Sports, no Redzone or NFL channel, no Science Channel. They require expensive upgrade plans to be seen. Worse yet, an ATT rep confided in me that basic channel rate will DOUBLE in 2021. $100 for basic cable. Gigabit Intenet-After a wireless modem swap, the tech could see 1 GB/Sec speeds at the modem. At the computer (Macbook) however, I saw NO INCREASE in speed. Why? WiFi won't support the GB speed. For a single user, there is no reason to pay for GB speed when 300 MB speed is just as fast. For multiple simultaneous users, you'd probably experience better performance. No wonder so many people are cutting the cords these days. ATT sucks.

I have no idea what AT&T is doing, but I threw their internet and TV out after a couple of days. They have each service in different departments. One for internet, one for satellite TV and one for TV through phone lines. None of these departments communicate with each other, nor, does it seem, can they look at your account if you are not talking to the right department. I installed a high speed internet and TV. It was horrible. The TV buffered when I was watching simple shows like CNN, and I wasn't using the internet for anything else. The worst. Their TV service is clunky and not self explanatory or easy to use. They also don't have Prime TV.

ATT technician Louis discovered my phone line/internet was deliberately disconnected. He asked if another ATT technician been in my area. I said YES. Another ATT technician was installing for new renter next door same day I reported my phone & internet stopped working. Address of this rental is 7*** North Laval. It's very unprofessional for this ATT technician to take short cut at the expense of existing long term ATT customer. He doesn't CARE. His actions caused inconvenient, waste of my time & IT'S TIME TO EXPLORE COMCAST

Horrible expierence with att. During a move i called to swith service to new house. All they wanted to do was sell me an upgrade. I bought the upgrade and an appointment was made for installation on sept 29. Instead of calling me at the number i gave them they somehow got my sisters number and called her saying they had engineer problems. I called them back and they assured me the technican would be out on the 29th. Took the day off work to sit around and no one showed up. Called them back and made another appointment for the 2nd. Took another day off work and they dont show up again. Called att and they said there was an error in the system. Wanted me to setp up another appointment and take another day off work so they can come out. They assured me the tech would be out just like the two previous times. No thank you, please cancel account was transffered to loyalty department. Instead of just canceling account was reassured to please schedule another appoint and they would be out. Tried upselling again. Had to remind her to not waste anymore of my time and just cancel account. She told me the error was them not moving my account to new place but just kept upgrading the service everytime. Guess upselling is more important then good old fashion customer service. A simple call to me would have shown them they screwed up.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I set up an appointment weeks in advance for an install after moving. I received 3 confirmation texts the day of the install. Sat at home until 8pm and no one ever showed, no call. I called this morning to see what happened. No apology. I was told "we were slammed". Now I have to wait another week for an install and find someone to sit at my house and pray that they actually show up this time. AT&T/DirectTV you should be embarrassed by your lack of customer service!!!

WORST INTERNET ON THE PLANET!! ATT YOU SUCK. Got a new apt and tried to order cable. Previous customer never canceled so I couldn't sign up even tho I'd already been in the unit 4 days. Was promised a call back that never happened. Called 3 more times to finally be able to order. Was never sent a motel so after a week of waiting for it. Called 2 more times. Modem finally arrives and doesn't work. Technician scheduled another 4 days out and just blew off my appointment. I hate you Att

ATT no longer iffers local networks like Channel 24 (NBC) and Channel 47 (CBS). DO NOT give this inept company your business!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I am writing this review while on hold with AT&T customer service. I've already been on the phone for an hour. AT&T is my provider for home phone, cell, TV, and internet. Here's why you shouldn't choose them: 1) Inconsistent connectivity / weak signal for phone and wifi 2) Router requires frequent reboot which takes about 10 min. each time 3) Speed varies, but typically 1/3 or less of what is promised when tested 4) Equipment purchased to improve/extend wifi signal is ineffectual 5) Expect to be charged for any product or service whether it works or not 6) AT&T may not honor their service contract, but you will, or else 7) Billing is often incorrect and typically more than agreed-upon price 8) Customer service/tech support outsourced to agents reading scripts 9) When calling, expect to be repeatedly transferred to other departments and placed on hold for hours (or until you give up) 10) I waited to write reason number 10 so I could tell you exactly how long I was on hold this time, but it's been over two hours now. Well played AT&T...you win again.

Well my bill is supposed to be around $100. But it is consistently around $170. And I'm pretty sure the guys who set up my internet stole my $160 watch. Have not seen it since they came to set up their scammy a** internet. So awesome. Love it. F*** this company. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

@AT&T Uverse TV SUCKS!!! An AT&T sales rep told us we could save money, lots of money & receive dozens of additional channels if we switch from DirectTV to Uverse TV service (both are AT&T products). DirectTV is a satellite service, Uverse is an internet TV service. We made the switch two months ago and started having nothing but daily problems as soon as the installer drove away, frozen screen, lost signal, 20 to 30 minutes to reboot etc. Two other techs have been back with a third scheduled to come back Sunday, two days from now. My advice to all: DO NOT SWITCH TO UVERSE TV!!!! I can't believe AT&T has their sales reps PUSH such an inferior product! John Loogman Jr. Hanford Ca. - 34 year AT&T Customer

This company deserves no stars. I had an appointment scheduled 1 week in advance for installation of business internet. Our appointment was scheduled for 8am-12pm which is already ridiculous how big of a window that is. Come 12pm their technician still didnt show up. Got them on the phone and they said the appointment was 8am-4pm, even more ridiculous! But wait theres more! After wasting another 3 hours, I get a phone call around 3pm and the representative said they can NOT make it out today because they are too busy! Now we have to reschedule and depending if they have to assign us to a contractor, it might take another 10 days. This is mindblowing and may have to consider taking our business elsewhere
