Terrible Service, i was told i was gonna get intallation in november and it was not done until mid December. My service is now Disconnected because they made a mistake and did not merge my accounts like they said they would to get my discount. Ive called the number for att ending in 2020 and they are closed everyday! They just say sorry but this line is disconnected. I call these guys at 2pm and says they closed to. Just puss poor service save your time go to xfinity, dont know what the fuck i was thinking getting att

First cellular store I visit where you are greeted righ away and there is no wait. The staffis professional and and curteous I was h de lped by yesenia ruizshe was very smart quick and sheactivates a new l I ne to replace the phone I lost.Duplicate her we cab all use a little yesenia in our lives

This is not about any particular place in Fresno. I was talking to ATT. CUSTOMER SERVICE. For 25 minutes. They were supposed to transfer me and dropped my call !!' NEVER even bothered to call back !!! Worst service ever. Last month I dropped my insurance to lower my humongous bill. And instead they increased it. This is a "family plan ". It's like making a car payment. !! I was forced to keep a phone I didn't want because I was late returning but by 2 days! It would freeze. Att said I would hv to pay 150 to repair it. It was 3 weeks old. Mind you that's with INSURANCE. Now it's just n plugged into a wall. And no one uses it. No service my granddaughter said for ten months now. but I was still paying for service which. Agent said no refund !! The most ATT would pay me is 2.38 cents over five years !! Can't wait to finish paying my phones to get out of ATT. Spend hours talking yo them every month !!! Now my granddaughter says no service again on that unwanted phone. I'm still paying for. !!! Why didn't agent call me back when they dropped my call. She couldn't even transfer me Beware with this company. May be ok if you don't have a family plan. But for me worst experience ever with ANY phone company !!

I came in just to see some plans and services and a employee named ceaser came right away to assist me with questions and was very helpful he was friendly and helpful and he carefully explained the plans and I was able to get a plan and phone that I wanted 10/10 service from him if you go to this store ask for him he’ll take care of you

The experience was phenomenal. Ulysses did an amazing job at resolving our issues. He was extremely professional, approachable, friendly and articulate. We left the store knowing are service and equipment was going to work adequately and efficiently.

Got new iPhone 13 some places shows no connectivity. Store can't help "They're not corporate" called 611 t Mobil. Can't help either. Stay away from T-Mobile

I had a problem with my iphone not turning on and I thought it was damaged and needed replacement. We had insurance plan with Asurion. We went to the store on Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis CA and the staff did not know how to handle the situation. Worse than that they try to send us to another store. Trying to get read of us!!!. Just one manager help us to fill out a form online. Asurion manage the insurance and that was terrible too. They charged 200 dollars deductible!. Next day my cell phone started working again and I wanted to cancel the claim but it was not possible. They had NOT send the phone and I had to wait 3 days!! to receive NOT a new phone but a "certified restored" which I just needed to send back since this company does not allow to cancel the claim once it is has been started. I called 3 different times to Asurion and one of the times was told that I needed to go to USPS when I had specifically told the person that the return label said UPS. In the USPS office they told me that they could not receive that I had to go to just a postal service for UPS. I called again to give the tracking number after sending the phone back and I am waiting for my deductible to be credit back. Hopefully this is not going to be yet another headache !!
