Would literally give 0 stars if I could.
Go elsewhere for internet and service.
Bill continues to go up and they do not handle any disputes in store. You have to call customer service, and all the do is give the runaround.

Huge thanks to Monica who really helped me in not only choosing the best phone for me but also upgrading my plan. She made sure that I understood the differences and explained it in a way that didn’t confuse me, which is one of the biggest problems I usually have when getting a new phone. She even helped me pick out the best accessories along with it.

The bad customer service ever especially the girl named Daisy rude and bad attitude? Whenever I go to store to fix any problem unfortunately she say I help you but she had bad experiences for customer service all the time she say same thing i don't have access and I'm not allow to do this and that? Please At&t co find good and hardworking Employe? Please don't Hire Lazy and unhelpful employees? Phone Customer service are much better than all these Lazy Retailers authorized? Very bad experiences with the girl name Daisy she need to get fired because she make salary or commission for doing nothing??????? Please folks try to void this location because Tulare location and employees very helpful and much better than kingcanyon ones?

I went to store to check if i'm on the high speed internet plan but girl there without pulling up my account told me that you are on the best plan. I insisted to check but she said you are on the best plan. I had to leave

Claudia was my customer service person. She did great, she gave me some recommendations to steer me the right way & some Helpful tips for my new devices. I just came in for an upgrade & walked out with a new Apple Watch as well. I mentioned I was looking for a device for hiking & golf & the Apple Watch was the perfect fit. Plus the store was about to close & she still got everything done in time. Great job to the team in Fresno on Clovis Ave. Go in and ask for Claudia
