Had excellent service from Ely for a potentially unpleasant situation getting my mobile bill straightened out. We recently upgraded our phones and wanted to make certain that our iPads were synched as they were with our old phones. One iPad is WiFi only, but we had been charged as if it were cellular for over a year. Our bill is relatively low and withdrawn directly from our bank, so I don't get a paper monthly bill and didn't notice the charge. During our previous transaction our iPads were given new numbers for some unknown reason, then charged fees for being new lines. Ely called the customer service number for us and explained the situation to the rep, guiding us through the process. In the end, fees were reversed, the unwanted iPad service terminated and I was given credit for 6 months of iPad service fees that I shouldn't have paid in the first place. Ely could have sent us on our way and told us to call customer service ourselves, but he chose to help us personally. Thank you Ely!

Sonny was excellent, Having an internet teq cafe with be fantastic for business.In fact, across the street in the village next to Delhi. Delicious comma is bentley's barkery, which is now closed along with unit 101 that would be perfected for the tea house.Good day!

I am very unsatisfied with the information that was given to me during our visit to the store. My plan was changed to a "new plan," which was supposed to be exactly the same but cheaper. Turns out it was not exactly the same. It was a lower plan with less features. Features that I wanted to keep on my plan.

I had lost my phone, came into the store expecting to be here for hours but they explained everything to me precisely and got me in and out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend location!

My friends and my mother and I are 100% devoted to Monica at AT&T. She has provided excellent and exceptional customer service to all of us so many times! We followed her from Riverpark to Fig Garden and will follow her anywhere she goes! Monica will treat you right!!

Staff not very helpful at all. I just went to pick phone up and they activated it before I asked. So phone line my phone went dead. Also when I asked about getting phone for my mom the kid basically pointed at wall and said theirs phone over their. Smh terrible service won't be back.

Worst customer service EVER. And I was the only customer in the store (1 departed 2 minutes after I arrived.) Have gone in 3 times to cancel my service with janky AT&T and each time given the run-around. After 30 +/- years with AT&T I am finally done with them (hopefully in the next 24-hours). After I successfully set up Xfinity for my home, including a transfer of my cell service from AT&T to Xifinity, AT&T has done everything possible to prevent me from transferring my cell service. First, it was that my e-mail address changed over those 30 years (duh, who's e-mail address stays the same after all those years, starting back when I had a house phone?). Next, it was that I had to wait 30 days after paying off my device (who knew I even owed anything on it, oh, wait, it was fees they claim were never charged but should have been), next, it was that I need a passcode. After 1st trying to get me to leave and call AT&T ("oh, we don't unlock phones here in the store, you have to do that online, or call in.") she asks for my passcode. She asks because I tell her I have called, come in 3 times, and am unable to get my phone un-locked. Don't have a passcode? Well, the charming (not) Angela advises today that she can change it (did, didn't give it to me though), but oops, still have that pesky mis-match between e-mail addresses so instead of resolving it in their loud music, janky and ghetto store, I need to call AT&T. What? She got on my phone though, changed my passcode, and poked around like any expert thumb-action millennial can, but can't handle business? Granted, I wasn't asking for help with Tiktok, Uber Eats or FB. Also scanned my CA CDL. But can't resolve my business request? Asked her for her last name, she refused to provide. Absolute trash company. Called corporate and made a complaint against good ol' Angela. I'm that much closer now to dumping crappy AT&T and truthfully will live forevermore using a Walmart burner phone than return to them. I celebrated when I rid myself of AT&T home internet and will doubly do so once I'm rid of this tick of a company running my cell service. Good riddance everyone at the AT&T store at Palm & Shaw. I could do all of your jobs with 1 hand tied behind my back, but, as the above notes, I'd rather be unemployed and homeless (apologies to both, as no doubt either could easily do a better job). AT&T, you truly suck and have for AGES. Your employees I have encountered also all suck at their jobs. One star only because Yelp makes you. Oh, and PS: Keep wearing your Hispanic Pride month t-shirts! Hilarious as hell. I'm Hispanic and more than offended!

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Angela. She helped us all throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience in dealing with senior citizens like us. We had a very satisfying experience in the store.

They were able to help me with everything I needed including a new phone, resetting my password and getting me a great trade in on my old phone. Extremely happy with their service. Ask for Sahil if available, he's extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything.

They are billing once a week for internet service rather than once a month, very strange , I don’t recommend this company .

Came today to get my phone serviced. It's already quarter past 9a.m. and store is not even open at all. Automated phone service said they open at 9a.m. and store sign says 9a.m. also. Idk ?♀️ what's wrong with this store location but yall to get together.

I got completely overcharged at this location--oversold and overcharged. Empty promises about bill being less with third line; given "free" phone chargers with purchase of new phones. "Free" phone chargers were not free as they ended up on my bill. Major lack of integrity at this AT&T location. I will not be returning. Buyer beware.
